Orientador: Graziela Zambão Abdian / Banca: Claudia da Mota Daros Parente / Banca: Maria Beatriz Moreira Luce / Resumo: O presente estudo trata dos grupos de pesquisa em Administração Educacional e da produção do conhecimento dos líderes desses grupos, entre os anos de 2008 a 2014. Desse modo, buscamos nos integrar na esteira dos estudos que investigam as transformações do espaço da pós-graduação e da produção de conhecimento em Educação, precisamente, no campo da Administração Educacional. A constatação na literatura dessa área acerca das mudanças de paradigma teórico e metodológico nas décadas de 1980 e 1990, que indica um rompimento com as pesquisas que se referenciavam na Teoria Geral da Administração, levou-nos a investigar as mudanças efetivadas nos discursos científicos produzidos e as do espaço social em que elas são produzidas, distribuídas e consumidas. Assim, analisamos as condições materiais e objetivas que engendraram os grupos de pesquisa dessa área e sua respectiva produção científica. Para levar a cabo este objetivo central, buscamos: revisar, na literatura, a história da pós-graduação e a emergência dos grupos de pesquisa nela; traçar os elementos constitutivos dos grupos de pesquisa cadastrados no CNPq, e mais especificamente, analisar os grupos da Administração Educacional. Concomitantemente, situamos os diferentes tipos de pesquisa que abordam a análise de produção teórica na área Educação, demarcando as diferenças teóricas, e de enfoques constitutivos dessas pesquisas com a que desenvolvemos. In this way, we seek to integrate in the wake of the studies that investigate the transformations of the postgraduate space and Of the production of knowledge in Education, precisely, in the field of Educational Administration.
