Orientador: Renata Portela Rinaldi / Banca: Raimunda Abou Gebran / Banca:Ana Luzia Videira Parisotto / Resumo: A dissertação intitulada "Alfabetização e letramento: ampliação dos saberes didáticos por meio da formação continuada on-line" está vinculada à linha de pesquisa "Práticas e Processos Formativos em Educação", do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação, na Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (FCT/UNESP). A história da alfabetização e letramento no Brasil percorreu um vasto caminho até chegar aos dias atuais. Não é de hoje que o ensino e aprendizagem da língua escrita tem sido um desafio. As avaliações externas têm evidenciado um fraco desempenho dos estudantes brasileiros no que se refere ao aprendizado e domínio da leitura e da escrita. Há muitas pesquisas relacionadas a práticas docentes no que se refere ao ensino e aprendizagem da língua escrita. Diante disso, emerge o problema de pesquisa: Quais as contribuições e os desafios de um curso de formação continuada on-line para a ampliação do saber didático de professores dos anos iniciais no trabalho de alfabetização e letramento? Este estudo teve como objetivo principal analisar as contribuições e os desafios de um curso de formação continuada on-line para a ampliação do saber didático de professores dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental no trabalho de alfabetização e letramento. O presente estudo configura-se como de natureza qualitativa, do tipo pesquisa e intervenção com nuances do modelo construtivo-colaborativo, desenvolvido por meio de um curso de formação continuada de professores, na modalidade a distância. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The dissertation entitled " Early reading and literacy: extension of didactic knowledge through on-line continuing education" is linked to the research line "Practices and Formative Processes in Education", the Graduate Program in Education, the Faculty of Science and Technology of Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (FCT / UNESP). The history of early reading and literacy in Brazil has gone a long way to the present day. It is not today that the teaching and learning of written language has been a challenge. The external evaluations have evidenced a poor performance of the Brazilian students with respect to learning and mastery of reading and writing. There is a great deal of research related to teaching practices in the teaching and learning of written language. Faced with this, the research problem emerges: What are the contributions and challenges of an on-line continuing education course to expand the didactic knowledge of teachers from the initial years of early reading and literacy work? The main objective of this study is to analyze the contributions and challenges of an on-line continuing education course to increase the didactic knowledge of teachers from the initial years of elementary education in early reading and literacy work. The present study is of a qualitative nature, of the type research and intervention with nuances of the constructive-collaborative model, developed through a course of continuous training of teachers, in the distance modality.
