El propósito de esta investigación es establecer una correlación de las dimensiones de Motivación de Logro y Estilos de Aprendizaje en alumnos de instituciones educativas de Ayacucho. La muestra estuvo conformada por 452 personas entre las edades de 14 a 17 años, en el cual el 48.5% representa al género femenino y 51.5% al género masculino. El 39.8% pertenecen a una institución educativa privada y el 60.2% a una institución educativa pública. Se aplicaron los cuestionarios de Motivación de Logro Escolar (Becerra & Morales, 2015) y Estilos de aprendizaje CHAEA (Escurra, 2011), mediante un muestreo no probabilístico intencional. Dentro de los principales resultados se obtuvo que la motivación de logro extrínseca e intrínseca está relacionada de manera significativa positiva con el estilo teórico y reflexivo; y amotivación presenta una relación significativa negativa con el estilo reflexivo y teórico. / The purpose of this research is to establish a correlation of the dimensions of Achievement Motivation and Learning Styles in students of educational institutions of Ayacucho. The sample consisted of 452 people between the ages of 14 to 17 years, in which 48.5% represented the female gender and 51.5% the male gender. 39.8% belong to a private educational institution and 60.2% belong to a public educational institution. The School Achievement Motivation Questionnaires (Becerra & Morales, 2015) and CHAEA Learning Styles (Escurra, 2011) were applied, through an intentional non-probabilistic sampling. Within the main results, it was obtained that the extrinsic and intrinsic achievement motivation is related in a positive significant way with the theoretical and reflective style; and amotivation presents a significant negative relationship with the reflective and theoretical style. / Tesis
