Previous issue date: 2011 / Resumo: As recentes ações político-econômicas brasileiras, com a fundamentação da democratização do acesso ao ensino público e elevação global do nível de escolaridade da população, modificaram a estrutura do Sistema de Educação Básica. A Lei 11.274/2006 estabelece o Ensino Fundamental no Brasil pelo período de nove anos, devendo ser iniciado aos seis anos de idade. Essa nova configuração implica uma reestruturação global das práticas pedagógicas do Ensino Fundamental direcionadas à infância, com a necessidade de um trabalho com características individualizadas e adequadas, com um projeto político-pedagógico próprio, que reconheça a natureza infantil, suas especificidades e seu modo peculiar de conhecer e interpretar o mundo preponderantemente por meio da ação lúdica. Diante destas perspectivas, a preocupação de nossa pesquisa consistiu em refletir sobre as questões da ampliação do Ensino Fundamental para nove anos e sobre as ações pedagógicas direcionadas à infância, sobretudo neste contexto, através de pesquisa bibliográfica concernente ao tema; e também disponibilizar uma proposta curricular para a Educação Física do primeiro ano nessa nova estrutura, com pretensão de apresentar-se como uma prática pedagógica que assegure aos alunos a apropriação crítica dos componentes da cultura corporal, e o trato da ação lúdica como dimensão da cultura e parte constituinte do conhecimento e da formação humana especialmente na infância / Abstract: Recent Brazilian political economical actions with the solidification of the democratization of the access to the public education and the increase of the global population scholarity level modified the Brazilian Educational Systemstructure. The law 11.274/2006 establish the elementary school in Brazil for nine years, starting it around six years old. This new configuration implicate a global restructuration of pedagogical practices of the Elementary School directed to the childhood with a need of a job with individualized and adequate characteristics with an own politicalpedagogical project, that recognizes the childlike nature its specifities and your peculiar way of learn and interpret the preponderant world through the ludic action. So, our research worries consisted in reflect about questions of the expansion of the Elementary School to nine years old and about pedagogical actions directed to the childhood, mainly in this context through bibliographical research concerning to the theme; and also provide a curriculum to the Physical Education of the first grade on this new structure that ensure to the students the critical appropriations of the components of the body culture and the deal of the ludic action as dimension of the culture and constituent part of the knowledge and the human formation specially n childhood / Mestrado / Educação Fisica e Sociedade / Mestre em Educação Física
