259592.pdf: 2055595 bytes, checksum: 5f57faef56d80a785250745809769201 (MD5) / Esta pesquisa teve por objetivos identificar o significado que os alunos do Colégio Agrícola Senador Carlos Gomes de Oliveira (CASCGO) têm a respeito do estágio supervisionado; diagnosticar a influência do estágio na formação do aluno e as perspectivas da disciplina práticas profissionais em relação ao estágio. Tratou-se de uma investigação de natureza qualitativa, onde se buscou através das respostas dos alunos das turmas 1ª S1 e 3ª S1 do curso Técnico em Agropecuária Pós-médio, verificar as contribuições do estágio supervisionado na formação profissional. O instrumento utilizado para coleta das informações foi o questionário semi-estruturado, aplicados a 41 estudantes. Os resultados obtidos indicam que para os alunos o estágio supervisionado é de grande importância, pois segundo eles, é nesse momento a única oportunidade para colocar em prática o que foi aprendido na teoria, além da oportunidade de conhecer o futuro mercado de trabalho. Com relação a influencia do estágio supervisionado na formação profissional, todos consideraram fundamental para consolidação dos conhecimentos, bem como a oportunidade de vivenciar a relação teoria e prática no cotidiano da vida profissional. Quanto à disciplina Práticas profissionais, os entrevistados apontaram alguns problemas que, segundo os alunos, afetam na aprendizagem. Outra informação revelada pela pesquisa, mostrou que ao estimularmos atividades de compreensão do estágio, os alunos despertam, aumentando neles a autoestima, o respeito, a integração e a cooperação; motivando todos a participarem com determinação do estágio supervisionado. A pesquisa apontou para a necessidade de se construir um documento norteador e regulamentador dos estágios: permitindo um controle das oportunidades e evitando a exploração do estagiário em detrimento do verdadeiro objetivo. Diante desta abordagem preliminar concluímos que a pesquisa vai além do que ensinamos, precisamos promover debates em torno do estágio supervisionado no ambito educacional do Mercosul. Essa contribuição poderá produzir algumas adequações respeitando as diferenças regionais, criando um espaço comum, tendo na Educação um de seus pilares. Com essa visão e nesse contexto da pesquisa fatalmente teremos um alinhamento às necessidades dos perfis profissionais, não apenas para atender as situações atuais especificas do estágio supervisionado, mas contribuir em desenvolver competências em diversos níveis de formação para entender novos processos produtivos, novas tecnologias e tendências que garantam a sustentabilidade dos profissionais por meio de uma Educação Profissional de forma contínua.
This research objectives identify what students from de Agricultural School Senator Carlos Gomes de Oliveira (CASCGO) have about the internship; diagnose the influence of stage in the training of the student and prospects discipline professional practice in relation to the stage. It was a research qualitative nature, which sought through the responses of classes 1S1 and 3S1 from technical course, check the contributions of internship in vocational training. The instrument used for collecting information was the questionnaire semi-structured, applied to 41 students. The results indicate that for students the internship is of great importance, because according to them, that the only opportunity to ask what was learned in theory, in addition to the opportunity to meet the future labour market. The supervised training influences in vocational training, according to the students and all of them said that it is fundamental for the consolidation of knowledge, as well as the opportunity to make the relationship between theory and practice in the daily life. On the discipline professional practice, respondents pointed out some problems that affect students in learning. Other information revealed by the search, showed that if we stimulate activities understanding the students# self-esteem, respect, integration and cooperation will increase and it is going to motivate all to participate with determination of internship. The research appointed for the necessity to build a guiding document and regulatory of stages: allowing a control of opportunities and avoiding holding trainee's detriment of the real objective. On this preliminary approach, we concluded that the research go beyond what we have, we teach, we need to promote debates surrounding the internship under educational of MERCOSUL. This
contribution can produce some suitable, respecting regional differences, creating a common area, having education in one of its pillars. With this vision and in this context of the research, we will have inevitably a alignment to the needs of professional profiles, not only to meet the current situations of specific internship, but contribute to develop skills in various levels of training to understand new production processes, new technologies and trends that ensure the sustainability of professionals through a professional education.
