El objetivo del estudio fue realizar un análisis bibliométrico de los artículos sobre compromiso organizacional encontrados en la base de datos Scielo desde el año 2014 al 2020. Para este fin, se realizó una búsqueda en la base de datos encontrándose 10 investigaciones, de las cuales fueron seleccionadas 5 estudios relacionados al ámbito psicológico organizacional y acorde a los criterios de inclusión para el presente estudio. Después, se realizó un análisis de datos para conocer las metodologías utilizadas en cada investigación. Por otro lado, se observó que cada artículo presentaba abstract, palabras claves, introducción, resultados, discusión y referencias. Por último, se concluye que la realización de un estudio bibliométrico permite caracterizar el desarrollo de disciplinas científicas y sus líneas de investigación. / The objective of the study was to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the articles on organizational commitment found in the Scielo database from 2014 to 2020. For this, a search was carried out in the database, finding 10 investigations, of which they were selected 5 studies related to the field of organizational psychology and according to the inclusion criteria for the present study. Subsequently, a data analysis was carried out to know the methodologies used in each investigation. On the other hand, it was observed that each article presented a summary, keywords, introduction, results, discussions and references. Finally, it is concluded that carrying out a bibliometric study allows characterizing the development of scientific disciplines and their lines of research. / Trabajo de investigación
