Os objetivos para o estudo são: 1) Estudar a expansão urbana do centro do município de Pato Branco, como subsídio a análise ambiental, auxiliando e orientando o planejamento de ações de melhoria no trato das questões relativas às condições ambientais e de vida da população, subsidiando o crescimento de forma responsável, equilibrado e consciente do habitat urbano; 2) Pesquisar a origem, fundação e evolução espacial da área de estudo, no contexto histórico e geográfico; 3) Descrever o Sítio Natural e Meio Ambiente em seus aspectos, geomorfológicos, geológicos, pedológico, climáticos, hidrográficos e de vegetação; 4) Aplicar técnicas de Sensoriamento Remoto no estudo da expansão urbana da área; 5) Verificar através de uma análise temporal de que forma se deu o Crescimento Urbano. A metodologia utilizou-se de fotografias aéreas, imagens orbitais de satélite, mapas, bibliografias e documentos. Os resultados com referência à expansão urbana, demonstram como ocorreu a ocupação do povoamento, o parcelamento do solo, desde o período de 1952 até a época atual.
This study looked for the identification of the space and temporary evolution of the urban ranch, through his/her horizontal territorial expansion, of the municipal district of Pato Branco/PR, problematizing: Is it possible what the study of the urban expansion of the center of the municipal district of White Duck, as I subsidize the environmental analysis, come to aid and to guide the planning of improvement actions in the treatment of the relative subjects to the environmental conditions and of life of the population? The objectives for the healthy study: 1) to study the urban expansion of the center of the municipal district of White Duck, as I subsidize the environmental analysis, aiding and guiding the planning of improvement actions in the treatment of the relative subjects to the environmental conditions and of life of the population, subsidizing the growth in way responsible, balanced and conscious of the urban habitat; 2) to research the origin, foundation and space evolution of the study area, in the historical and geographical context; 3) to describe the Natural Ranch and Environment in their aspects, geomorfológicos, geological, pedologic, climatic, hidrográficos and of vegetation; 4) to apply techniques of Remote Sensoriamento in the study of the urban expansion of the area; 5) to verify through a temporary analysis that it forms if he/she gave the Urban Growth. The methodology was used of aerial pictures, orbital images of satellite, maps, bibliographies and documents. The results with reference to the urban expansion, demonstrate how it happened the occupation of the settlement, the parcelamento of the soil, from the period of 1952 to the current time.
