Previous issue date: 2010 / Resumo: Ao afirmar no Cânone da Crítica da Razão Pura: "A liberdade prática pode ser provada por experiência" (Die praktische Freiheit kann durch Erfahrung bewiesen werden) (KrV, A 802/ B 830), Kant impõe ao intérprete uma série de dificuldades com respeito aos conceitos de "liberdade" e de "experiência" que outrora apresentou na Terceira antinomia, pois mediante o conflito antinômico e sua solução crítica, apenas provou que a liberdade é logicamente possível por poder ser pensada em outro domínio que não o fenomênico, não podendo, portanto, ser provada por experiência. Nesse sentido, apresenta-se um aparente problema de compatibilidade, que diria, por ora, semântico; apresentarei duas correntes possíveis de soluções: a solução lógica, isto é, de uma resolução do problema mediante a verificação da compatibilidade ou incompatibilidade conceitual; e a solução genética, ou seja, de uma resolução do problema por meio de considerações baseadas nos diferentes períodos de produção do texto kantiano. Contudo, desenvolverei, como hipótese principal, a leitura semântica --- uma das soluções lógicas proposta por Loparic. Em tal leitura, defende-se que o impasse entre a solução crítica da Terceira antinomia e o Cânone surgiu pelo fato de Kant não dispor um domínio de sensificação distinto da experiência cognitiva, em relação ao qual o conceito de liberdade prática, no Cânone, poderia ser provado sem perder o seu caráter crítico, ou seja, sem abandonar o pressuposto da liberdade transcendental (Loparic, 1999b, p. 21) / Abstract: When he affirmed in the Canon of the Critique of Pure Reason that "Practical freedom can be proved by experience" (Die praktische Freiheit kann durch Erfahrung bewiesen werden) (KrV, A 802/ B 830), Kant imposed to the interpreter a great number of difficulties regarding the concepts of "freedom" and "experience" that he before presented on the Third Antinomy, through the antinomic conflict and its critical solution, he just proved that freedom is logically possible because it can be thought in another domain than the phenomenical, and cannot then be proved by experience. In this sense, we might say this presents compatibility problem, that we may call, for now, semantic; I will present two possible solutions: the logical solution, that is, a solution of the problem by verifying conceptual compatibility or incompatibility, and the genetic solution, that is, a solution of the problem by considering the different periods of production of Kant's texts. But I will develop, as my main hypothesis, the semantic reading --- one of the logical solutions proposed by Loparic. In this interpretation, it is defended that the dilemma between the critical solution of the Third Antinomy and the Canon has arisen by the fact that Kant did not have a domain of sensification distinct from of cognitive experience in which to the concept of the practical freedom, in the Canon, could be proved without losing its critical character, that is without abandoning the presupposition of transcendental freedom (Loparic, 1999b, p. 21) / Mestrado / Filosofia / Mestre em Filosofia
