En el presente trabajo, se evaluará en qué medida la experiencia y capacidad gerencial del cuadro directivo contribuyen en las exportaciones de la uva fresca peruana durante el periodo 2001-2016. La hipótesis que se quiere demostrar es saber si la experiencia y las capacidades gerenciales del cuadro directivo de las empresas exportadoras tienen un efecto positivo en las exportaciones de la uva fresca peruana durante el periodo 2001-2016.
Para comprobar, lo anteriormente indicado, el trabajo se dividirá en cinco capítulos. El primer capítulo estará enfocado en poder explicar todos los conceptos relacionados a la globalización, estrategias empresariales, el proceso de internacionalización, los agronegocios, la capacidad gerencial, la experiencia y la competitividad. El segundo capítulo se centrará en el plan de investigación, dentro del cual se detallará el problema a evaluar, la hipótesis y los objetivos del trabajo. En cuanto al tercer capítulo, se mencionará la metodología propuesta de este trabajo. El cuarto capítulo tendrá como objetivo desarrollar el problema planteado y en el quinto capítulo se realizará el análisis de resultados. Finalmente, luego de haber hecho el análisis respectivo, se concluye que la experiencia y la capacidad gerencial del cuadro directivo, influyen de manera positiva en las exportaciones de la uva fresca peruana durante el periodo 2001-2016. / In this project, we are going to evaluate in what way, the experience and managerial capacity of the managerial staff contribute to the export of fresh peruvian grapes during the period of 2001-2016. The hypothesis that will be demonstrate is to know if the experience and managerial capacities of the managerial staff have a positive effect on the export of fresh peruvian grapes during the period of 2001-2016.
In order to prove what we have indicated previously, the project will be divided into five chapters. The first chapter is focused on the explanation of all the concepts related to globalization, business strategies, the internationalization process, agribusiness, managerial capacity, experience and competitiveness. The second chapter focuses on the research plan, in which we will detail the problem to be evaluated, the hypothesis and the objectives of the work. Regarding to the third chapter, we are going to mention the methodology of the proposed project. On the other hand, the fourth chapter will aim to develop the problem raised and in the fifth chapter, we will carry up the analysis of results. Finally, after the respective analysis, we will conclude that the experience and managerial capacity of the managerial staff, has a positive influence on the export of fresh peruvian grapes during the period of 2001-2016. / Tesis
