2011_MarianaLemeBelchior.pdf: 933708 bytes, checksum: 424c5a04663a498a78c61d8466bdfca9 (MD5) / A historiografia platônica, a partir dos anos 50, se concentrou numa questão de ampla relevância para a compreensão da filosofia de Platão, que diz respeito ao fato de que há certa discrepância entre a imagem que Platão oferece em sua filosofia nos diálogos e aquela que seus discípulos nos transmitiram. Este problema historiográfico já havia sido abordado por Schleiermacher no século XIX ao elaborar uma teoria do diálogo como uma forma de representação, que vincula a filosofia de Platão a uma comunicação direta e indireta, capaz de influenciar diversos autores ao longo dos séculos XIX e XX. Este debate recebeu uma instigante “solução” pela assim chamada escola de Tübingen-Milão, representada por comentadores como Gaiser, Krämer e Szlézák que indicam uma possível “solução” a esta questão hermenêutica. Recentemente esta proposta da escola de Tübingen-Milão foi encabeçada por Reale, que propõe uma complexa teoria que tende a demonstrar que é nas “doutrinas orais” de Platão que se deve procurar uma filosofia mais original. Assim, a dissertação buscará investigar a relação entre a hermenêutica schleiermacheriana e a compreensão histórica da figura de Platão, a partir da influência do método de Schleiermacher ao novo paradigma hermenêutico proposto pela Escola de Tübingen-Milão. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / Dating from the 50s, platonic historiography has concentrated on a question of great relevance for the comprehension of Plato‟s philosophy, concerning the fact that there is a discrepency between the image which Plato gives his philosophy in the dialogues and the one which his disciples handed down to us. This historiographic problem has already been addressed by Schleiermacher in the XIX century when he elaborated a theory of the dialogue as a form of representation, which links Plato's philosophy to a direct and indirect communication, capable of influencing several authores through the XIX and XX centuries. This debate had an instigating “solution” by the so called school of Tübingen-Milan, represented by commentators such as Gaiser, Krämer and Szlezák, who point to a possible “solution” to this hermeneutic question. This proposal by the school of Tübingen-Milan has recently been headed up by Reale, who proposes a complex theory, which intends to show that it is in Plato‟s “spoken doctrines” that a more original phylosophy should be sought out. Thus, the dissertation will investigate the relation between the Schleiermacherian hermeneutics and the historical comprehension of Plato, starting with the influence of Scheiermacher‟s method to the new hermeneutic paradigma proposed by the school of Tübingen-Milan.
