La escuela abierta es un centro educativo básico regular y alternativo que atiende niveles primaria, secundaria y avanzado.
Además de brindar espacios de enseñanza a sus alumnos, acoge a su comunidad para el desarrollo de actividades educativas, recreativas, deportivas y culturales, con la finalidad de ser un eje transformador, integrando y brindando mayor oportunidad a los vecinos de San Juan de Lurigancho.
El centro educativo se emplaza entre dos parques y se integra físicamente por medio de espacios intermedios, beneficiando al aprendizaje y al desarrollo de sus usuarios. Interiormente, se busca que los espacios de enseñanza sean lo suficientemente flexibles y cómodos para atender diversos usuarios y eventos. / The open school is a basic regular and alternative educational center that serves primary, secondary and advanced levels.
In addition to providing teaching spaces for students, it welcomes community for the development of educational, recreational, sports and cultural activities, with the purpose of being a transforming axis, integrating and providing greater opportunity to the neighbors of San Juan de Lurigancho.
