El proyecto de la presente tesis se trata de un Centro Cultural en Lima Norte, un espacio de encuentro cívico, en donde la formación y difusión cultural se mezclen con las dinámicas del propias lugar y sus habitantes, por ello, la presente investigación pretende proponer, a través del análisis y diagnóstico, un espacio donde se desarrollen actividades culturales, comerciales y sociales, manteniendo la identidad del lugar y funcionen en base a las necesidades de la zona entendiendo el entorno y enfatizando la importancia del espacio intermedio entre el público y privado, como articulador urbano y educativo, esta propuesta arquitectónica además busca ser una pieza que ayude al proceso de urbanización y consolidación de la “Nueva Centralidad de Lima Norte” como propone el PLAM 2035, con el objetivo de incentivar, activar y potenciar el desarrollo de zonas de la ciudad de modo que tomen el rol de catalizadores urbanos articulados de manera estratégica a escala metropolitana. / The project of the present thesis is about a Cultural Center in Lima Norte, a civic meeting space, where the formation and cultural diffusion are mixed with the dynamics of the place and its inhabitants, for that reason, the present investigation intends to propose, through analysis and diagnosis, a space where cultural, commercial and social activities are developed, maintaining the identity of the place and functioning based on the needs of the area, understanding the environment and emphasizing the importance of the intermediate space between the public and private, As an urban and educational articulator, this architectural proposal also seeks to be a piece that helps the process of urbanization and consolidation of the "New Centrality of North Lima" as proposed by PLAM 2035, with the aim of encouraging, activating and enhancing the development of areas of the city so that they take on the role of urban catalysts articulated strategically at the metropolitan level. / Tesis

El proyecto planteado trata de un CETPRO, un Centro de Educación Técnico Productivo que tiene como usuarios principales a los adolescentes y jóvenes del distrito de Villa El Salvador. Las estadísticas presentan que más del 50% de estos usuarios desertan los estudios superiores para incorporarse al mercado laboral sin una previa preparación. Frente a ello, el principal problema que tiene el distrito es la falta de infraestructura para el desarrollo de una educación técnica productiva, en relación con la zona industrial. Actualmente, el distrito solo cuenta con 12 CETPROS, entre ellos, solo uno brinda especialidades de madera, mecánica y textilería, mientras los demás, desarrollan especialidades de estética personal, informática, repostería, entre otros. Sin embargo, estos centros educativos no desarrollan especialidades relacionadas directamente con la zona industrial, de los cuales tenemos: carpintería, cuero y calzado, metal mecánico y confección y textil. El proyecto busca a partir de estas carencias, brindar a los adolescentes y jóvenes un Centro de Educación Técnico Productivo con 5 especialidades, 4 de ellas mantendrán relación con la zona industrial y la última de administración y comercio para un completo desarrollo competitivo y laboral. Por lo tanto, se propone potencializar la zona industrial y el aumento económico del distrito. Como parte del análisis, se ha logrado reconocer y comprender el desarrollo de proyectos de educación técnica, a nivel local, nacional e internacional. Se ha identificado, el uso de espacios intermedios, en donde los usuarios realizan actividades cotidianas y de integración, es por ello que el énfasis del proyecto es “espacios intermedios”. El objetivo principal es generar espacios de mediación y relación entre las diferentes especialidades manteniendo una conexión visual, física y temporal entre los espacios interiores y exteriores. Finalmente, la motivación principal de este trabajo es poder incentivar a los adolescentes y jóvenes asistir a una educación técnico productivo, a través de una infraestructura con espacios adecuados y aptos para cada especialidad. La razón por la cual se ubica en Villa El Salvador es porque cuenta con diversos aspectos positivos que aportara en el desarrollo del primer CETPRO especializado. / The proposed project is about a CETPRO, a Center for Productive Technical Education whose main users are adolescents and young people from the district of Villa El Salvador district. Statistics show that more than 50% of these users drop out of higher education to enter the labor market without prior preparation. The use of intermediate spaces has been identified, where users carry out daily and integration activities, which is why the emphasis of the project is “intermediate spaces”. The main objective is to create spaces for mediation and relationship between the different specialties, maintaining a visual, physical and temporal connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Finally, the main motivation of this work is to be able to encourage adolescents and young people to attend a productive technical education, through an infrastructure with adequate spaces and suitable for each specialty. El presente proyecto es un edificio mixto bajo el concepto “in between” (espacios intermedios), cuya principal tipología es una residencia universitaria, complementaria a esta surgen usos complementarios como el comercio, las oficinas co- working y las salas de usos múltiples. Se ubica, estratégicamente, en el distrito de Pueblo Libre, cerca de equipamiento necesario y complementario a estas tipologías. Con la elaboración de este proyecto, se busca cubrir el 3.05% de la demanda actual existente por parte de estudiantes de provincia o del extranjero, quienes por falta de edificios como este, tienen la necesidad de hospedarse en ambientes no aptos arquitectónicamente a sus necesidades. El objetivo de la residencia universitaria es alojar a los estudiantes y brindarles espacios de ocio y descanso cuya calidad arquitectónica permita que los estudiantes se desenvuelvan en el aspecto personal, académico, social y cultural. Por otro lado, es preciso mencionar que las oficinas co- working, el comercio y las salas de uso múltiple son espacios complementarios a esta residencia que se incluyen en el proyecto con la finalidad de hacer que este sea más atractivo a los inversionistas y, por ende, más rentable. / The present project is a mixed building under the concept “in between” (intermediate spaces), the main typology of which is a university residence, complementary to which arise complementary uses such as commerce, co-working offices and multipurpose rooms. El trabajo de investigación plantea la creación de un centro comunitario en Villa El Salvador con el énfasis de la permeabilidad. Que surge por la necesidad del lugar por carecer de espacios y oportunidades en el distrito que promuevan actividades sociales, culturales, deportivas con el fin de contribuir el desarrollo de los jóvenes y adolescentes a nivel barrial del sector. Se plantea un centro comunitario como un lugar de ayuda y complementación para la comunidad. En la que puedan invertir su tiempo libre y además sacar provecho de este. Para tener mayores referencias del centro comunitario, se analizaron proyectos referentes con la misma tipología y también con el mismo énfasis a nivel nacional y del extranjero. El énfasis de la permeabilidad en la arquitectura se trabaja principalmente en la transición del exterior al interior. Considerando aspectos importantes como el asoleamiento del lugar, la materialidad y los aspectos tecnológicos para poder transmitir el énfasis en el proyecto. Concluimos, que el proyecto tiene la finalidad de potenciar las capacidades individuales y colectivas de quienes viven en marginación, a su vez dotar de espacios públicos y semipúblicos a la comunidad preexistente. / The research work proposes the creation of a community center in Villa El Salvador with the emphasis on permeability. That arises from the need for the place because it lacks spaces and opportunities in the district that promote social, cultural and sports activities in order to contribute to the development of youth and adolescents at the neighborhood level of the sector. A community center is proposed as a place of help and complement for the community. In which they can invest their free time and also take advantage of it. In order to have more references from the community center, reference projects with the same typology and also with the same emphasis at the national level and abroad were analyzed. The emphasis of permeability in architecture is primarily on the transition from exterior to interior. Considering important aspects such as the sunlight of the place, the materiality and the technological aspects in order to transmit the emphasis on the project. En Afrique, les métropoles fleurissent sur le continent, avec leur florilège d’espérance et de défis. Le rural est en crise et les taux de croissance urbaine explosent, posant l’inévitable problème de l’alimentation des urbains. L’agriculture urbaine et périurbaine est très présente car elle répond à nombre d’enjeux des villes africaines : elle pourvoit des revenus à despopulations formées aux pratiques agricoles, notamment les migrants; elle fournit des produits alimentaires périssables adaptées aux urbains, en autre des légumes et de la viande ; et elle permet l’aménagement de zones inconstructibles ou périurbaines alors que l’intervention publique est insuffisante dans ce domaine. L’agriculture urbaine et périurbaine des villes du Sud est multifonctionnelle. Cependant elle est peu reconnue par les institutions et rarement incluse dans les plans de développement urbains, ce qui grève son avenir et sa durabilité. La particularité de cette agriculture est d’être en concurrence avec les activités urbaines pour les ressources, notamment pour le foncier. Dans deux villes, Yaoundé et Accra, l’activité agricole trouve sa place dans des espaces spécifiques, des bas-fonds, des open space, des terrains inconstructibles, des jardins et des cours, des parcelles qui attendent d’être construites, des villages périurbains menacés, etc. Elle se déploie sur des espaces intermédiaires, entre le rural et l’urbain, entre le droit coutumier et le droit légal, entre la tradition et la modernité. En fonction de l’âge, du genre et de la position dans la hiérarchie coutumière etfamiliale, les droits sont différents, que ce soit pour cultiver, pour prêter ou louer ou pour vendre, sans oublier les procédures légales qui octroient un titre foncier. Les stratégies de production dépendent grandement de l’accès au foncier et contrairement à ce qui se passe généralement en milieu rural, ce ne sont pas forcément ceux qui ont le plus de sécuritéfoncière qui sont le plus innovants. / In sub-saharan Africa, metropolises propser bringing chanllenges and hope. The rural regions are in crisis and the rates of urban growth explode, raising the inevitable problem of the food supply of the urban population. The urban and periurban agriculture is very present because she answers number of issues of the African cities: it provides income to agricultural populations, in particular the migrants; it supplies perishable foodstuffs adapted to the urban market, like vegetables and meat; and it allows the development of unbuildable or periurban zones while the public intervention is insufficient inthis domain. The urban and periurban agriculture in the South is multifunctional. However it is little recognized by institutions and rarely included in the urban plans of development, what burdens its future and its durability. The peculiarity of this agriculture is to be in competition with the urban activities for the resources, in particular for the land. In two cities, Yaounde and Accra, the agricultural activity tooks place in specific spaces, shoals, open space, unbuildable grounds, gardens andbackyards, plots of land which wait to be built, threatened periurban villages, etc. It deploys on intermediate spaces, between the rural and the urban, between the common law and the legal right, between the tradition and the modernity.According to the age, to the genre and to the position in the customary and family hierarchy, the rights are different, whether it is to cultivate, to give or rent or to sell, without forgetting the legal procedures which grant a land title. The strategies of production depend largely on the access to the land and contrary to what takes place generally in rural areas, it are not necessarily the ones which have most land security which are the most innovative.

El trabajo de investigación analiza la tipología de residencia universitaria con el principal objetivo de identificar los principios de los espacios intermedios aplicados en una residencia para estudiantes en Pasco. Para ello se considera el estado en cuestión, los programas académicos que ofrecen las residencias para estudiantes, determinando su situación global, nacional y local. Para ello determinamos el lugar de investigación Asimismo se realiza un análisis con fuentes bibliográficas de los diferentes factores (ubicación, forma, función y tecnología) de la tipología y énfasis, donde se define los principales principios de los espacios intermedios. Por otro lado, se realizó el análisis de proyectos referenciales nacionales e internacionales, analizando su ubicación, aspectos formales, aspectos funcionales y aspectos tecnológicos – constructivos. Finalmente, esta investigación busca adquirir la información necesaria para poder definir el uso de los espacios intermedios en residencias estudiantiles, que ayuden a generar ambientes con una secuencia gradual y continuidad espacial que minimicen el contraste entre lo público y lo privado. / The research paper analyzes the type of university residence with the main objective of identifying the principles of intermediate spaces applied in a residence for students in Pasco. For this, the state in question is considered, the academic programs offered by the residences for students, determining their global, national and local situation. For this we determine the place of investigation. Likewise, an analysis is made with bibliographic sources of the different factors (location, form, function and technology) of the typology and emphasis, where the main principles of the intermediate spaces are defined. On the other hand, the analysis of national and international referential projects was carried out, analyzing their location, formal aspects, functional aspects and technological - constructive aspects. La nueva sede del Conservatorio Nacional de Música, institución de Educación Superior Pública que en la actualidad es la Universidad Nacional de Música, es un proyecto que propone unificar las 3 sedes existentes y, consolidar 5 pilares fundamentales: La importancia de la educación, la cultura, el patrimonio, el usuario y la arquitectura. Como énfasis arquitectónico se propone “el encuentro entre personas como clave para generar conocimiento”. Basados en los espacios intermedios, estos permiten que sucedan el encuentro, las buenas conversaciones y la generación de conocimiento. El proyecto ubicado en el distrito de Cercado de Lima, Provincia de Lima, Departamento de Lima; mantiene el Centro Histórico de Lima como su escenario desde su nacimiento en 1927 / The new headquarters of the National Conservatory of Music, an institution of Public Higher Education that is currently the National University of Music, is a project that proposes to unify 3 existing headquarters and consolidate 5 fundamental pillars: The importance of education, culture, heritage, user and architecture. En el Perú, cada día mueren 2 mujeres debido a las complicaciones del embarazo, parto y posparto. Según las estimaciones del Ministerio de Salud, mueren por hemorragias graves, infecciones, complicaciones en el parto y abortos; de los cuales el 85% de estas muertes pueden ser prevenidas. El distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho se caracteriza por tener más de un millón de habitantes y por ende una tasa de natalidad alta. Según el Ministerio de salud, el 45% de los partos son asistidos en el distrito del Centro de Lima; mientras que el 55% de partos asistidos ocurren dentro del distrito. Dicho esto, se propone un Centro Materno Infantil en el Distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho de Categoría I-4, para cubrir las necesidades de un usuario desatendido: La mujer en edad fértil, la embarazada y el niño. El proyecto tiene como énfasis los espacios intermedios, en el cual se aplique el modelo de atención basadas en las familias, ya que estos involucran a las familias en todo el proceso del paciente, ayudando a la rápida recuperación de este. Como concepto inicial del proyecto se consideró la organización de los espacios en base a los requerimientos de la mujer: Promoción y Prevención, Tratamiento y control, y Cuidado; mediante un espacio transición que vincula las tres etapas de una mujer embarazada. / In Peru, 2 women die every day due to complications of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. That said, a Maternal and Child Center is proposed in the District of San Juan de Lurigancho of Category I-4, to cover the needs of a neglected user: The woman of childbearing age, the pregnant woman and the child. The project's emphasis is on intermediate spaces, in which the family-based care model is applied, since these involve families throughout the patient's process, helping the patient's rapid recovery. La presente tesis aborda la investigación y la propuesta arquitectónica de una Residencia Asistida para el adulto mayor ubicado en el distrito de Santiago de Surco de la ciudad de Lima. El argumento principal de este documento es la persona adulta mayor, grupo etario que se ha convertido en un reto demográfico en el Perú y el mundo durante los últimos años. Por ello, se estudian los conceptos y aspectos funcionales, se analiza la problemática para aportar soluciones, se investiga la situación de las personas de la tercera edad en el Perú y el mundo, proyectos referenciales nacionales e internacionales. Además, se analiza el lugar donde se ubicará la Residencia Asistida y los diferentes usuarios. Finalmente se desarrolla el proyecto arquitectónico bajo los criterios formales, funcionales y tecnológicos. El proyecto busca brindar a las personas de tercera edad un lugar que responda a sus necesidades básicas, donde pueda sentirse parte de una comunidad, brindándole una correcta calidad de vida dentro de un adecuado espacio arquitectónico. / This thesis addresses the research and architectural proposal of an assisted residence for the elderly located in the Santiago de Surco district of the city of Lima. The main argument of this document is the elderly person, an age group that, in recent years, has become a demographic challenge in Peru and the world. For this reason, the concepts and functional aspects are studied; the problem is analyzed to provide solutions; the situation of the elderly in Peru and the world is investigated, referencing national and international projects. Este proyecto surge como una preocupación por la inserción laboral de las personas con discapacidad. El estado busca insertarlos al mundo laboral imponiendo a las empresas privadas y públicas unas plazas mínimas para las personas con discapacidad, pero en su mayoría estas no son ocupadas, pues no entendemos que el problema viene de la falta de lugares donde capacitar a esta población, pues las instituciones actuales no cuentan con la infraestructura ni con los docentes capacitados para cubrir esta demanda. Este documento reúne consideraciones técnicas, sociales y arquitectónicas para hacer un establecimiento apto no solo por su infraestructura sino para empoderar e integrar a las personas con diferentes discapacidades. Este proyecto en Huaral busca ser un piloto para que diferentes regiones lo puedan implementar teniendo en cuenta los trabajos más requeridos por zona. / This project arises as a concern for the labor insertion of people with disabilities. The state seeks to insert them into the labor market by imposing minimum places for people with disabilities on private and public companies, but most of them are not occupied, because we do not understand that the problem comes from the lack of places to train this population, since the current institutions do not have the infrastructure or the trained teachers to meet this demand. This document brings together technical, social and architectural considerations to make an establishment suitable not only for its infrastructure but also to empower and integrate people with different disabilities.
