nÃo hà / A educaÃÃo superior vem ocupando nas Ãltimas dÃcadas, em nosso paÃs, um espaÃo cada vez mais relevante dentro das polÃticas educacionais, notadamente no que concerne à qualidade do ensino ofertado, como tambÃm, à abertura de possibilidades para a inserÃÃo dos seus egressos no mercado de trabalho. Este fato evidencia-se, sobretudo, pela implementaÃÃo de polÃticas de expansÃo, regulaÃÃo e avaliaÃÃo da educaÃÃo superior atravÃs do MinistÃrio da EducaÃÃo. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal verificar a eficÃcia da formaÃÃo universitÃria atravÃs da anÃlise da inserÃÃo laboral dos egressos do curso de AdministraÃÃo da Faculdade Cearense. E como objetivos especÃficos, traÃar o perfil desses egressos, bem como suas opiniÃes a respeito do curso. O estudo faz inicialmente uma contextualizaÃÃo das polÃticas pÃblicas voltadas para a EducaÃÃo Superior no Brasil, alÃm de uma abordagem sobre o Projeto PedagÃgico do curso pesquisado. Foi aplicado um questionÃrio semi-estruturado para a obtenÃÃo dos resultados e construÃÃo das anÃlises. Os resultados mostram que houve uma inserÃÃo laboral dos egressos apÃs a conclusÃo do curso. Revelam, tambÃm, que os egressos demonstram opiniÃes favorÃveis sobre o curso. / Higher education has occupied in recent decades in our country, an increasingly important space within the educational policies, especially regarding the quality of education offered, as well, opening possibilities for the integration of its graduates in the market job. This fact is evidenced mainly by implementing policies of expansion, regulation and evaluation of higher education through the Ministry of Education. This research aims to verify the effectiveness of university education by analyzing the employability of the students who graduated from the Administration course of the Faculdade Cearense. And the specific objectives, define the profile of these graduates, as well as their opinions about the course. The study initially makes a contextualization of public policies for higher education in Brazil, as well as a discussion of the pedagogical project of course researched. A semi-structured to obtain the results of the analysis and construction questionnaire was applied. The results show that there was a job placement of graduates after graduation. They also reveal that graduates demonstrate favorable opinions about the course.

Therefore, a legal theoretic instrumental survey was undertaken, of qualitative nature, using dialectic and analytical methods to approach the subject. As procedure methods; historical, comparative and interpretation systems were applied, and finally indirect documentation was used as a research technique. The State restricted intervention in the economy facing the neoliberal policies enabled that companies promoted a productive restructuring, to mold to the context of international economies, dismantling the labor market structures. Precarious work was intensified in the 1990s, since it was up to the workers the choice between unemployment and working in precarious conditions, through atypical contracts. Subcontracting and outsourcing gained prominence in business decentralization, allowing companies to focus their attention only in activities related to the valorization of brands and their products, transferring to others the execution of the production process. The use of self-employed manpower without a stable relation took over society. The self-employed, with high or low qualifications are regimented to develop activities directly related to the business dynamics, consuming much of their workday, being unable, for them, to provide services to other companies. The Law, then, according to the parasubordination theory - the labor insertion tool used in Italy, and improved in Spain, through the Statute for Autonomous Work - aims to protect these workers who are legally independents but economically dependents, guaranteeing minimum rights to those who work either on their own, whether on behalf of others, giving an identity to the working class to mobilize and act searching for the achievement of its development. / Esta dissertação focaliza as mudanças ocorridas no mercado de trabalho diante da reestruturação empresarial, evidenciando o surgimento de um coletivo de trabalhadores, denominados de parassubordinados ou autônomos economicamente dependentes. Para tanto, foi empreendida uma pesquisa jurídica teórico-instrumental, de natureza qualitativa, utilizando os métodos dialético e analítico para a abordagem do tema. Como procedimento foram empregados os métodos histórico, comparativo e de interpretação e, por fim, utilizou-se como técnica de pesquisa, a documentação indireta. A restrita intervenção do Estado na economia em virtude das políticas neoliberais possibilitou que as empresas promovessem uma reestruturação produtiva para se moldarem ao contexto de economias internacionais, desmantelando as estruturas do mercado de trabalho. O trabalho precário intensificou-se na década de 1990, uma vez que aos trabalhadores cabia a escolha entre o desemprego e o trabalho em condições precárias, por meio de contratos atípicos. As subcontratações e terceirizações ganharam destaque na descentralização empresarial, permitindo que as empresas concentrem em si apenas atividades ligadas à valorização das marcas e dos seus produtos, transferindo para terceiros a execução do processo produtivo. A utilização de mão de obra autônoma sem um vínculo estável tomou conta da sociedade. Os trabalhadores autônomos, com alta ou baixa qualificação, são arregimentados para desenvolverem atividades diretamente ligadas à dinâmica empresarial, consumindo grande parte da sua jornada de trabalho, impossibilitando, assim, a prestação de serviços para outras empresas. O Direito, então, a partir da teoria da parassubordinação, instrumento de inserção laboral utilizado na Itália e aprimorado na Espanha, por meio do Estatuto do Trabalho Autônomo, visa proteger esses trabalhadores que são juridicamente autônomos, mas economicamente dependentes, garantindo direitos mínimos a todos aqueles que trabalham, seja por conta própria, seja por conta alheia, conferindo uma identidade à classe trabalhadora para se mobilizar e atuar em busca da concretização do seu desenvolvimento.

It took centuries for disabled men and women to be recognized as productive workers. Women with disabilities suffer discrimination doubly, both for being women and also for being disabled. This study aims to analyze if the current legislation in Brazil referring to women´s labor rights and social-labor insertion norms regarding persons with disabilities are helping to provide inclusion and prolong the permanence of women with disabilities on the job market and, therefore, contributing to gender equality at the labor environment and extinction of social discrimination. To this end, a case study method was used with the objective of analyzing the true reality of women with physical disabilities member of the Association of Disabled Persons of the State of Paraiba (Associação dos Deficientes do Estado da Paraíba - ASDEPB) who work in Campina Grande – PB looking to identify if the thought rights (idealized) are being made real (concrete). Among the main results, it was noticed that a significant legal framework has been contributing to the building of a new visibility regarding people with disabilities, looking to remove the barriers, which prevent their active participation in all social spheres. However, such legal framework was not yet sufficiently capable of neither dissipate social discrimination regarding those people, nor promote effectively its social-labor insertion. In what concerns women with no disabilities, many norms had already been implemented for some time, which also can be applied to disabled women, with the intention of promoting the female work and diminish the gender inequality in the labor market that is still persistent. Anyway, the norms promoting sociallabor insertion of women with or without disabilities have the challenge of guaranteeing formal equality as well as providing mechanisms that promote material equality between men and women, also, with or without disabilities and, in this sense, there is still much to be done. / A presença cada vez mais constante das pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho é um fenômeno bastante recente, pois, demoraram séculos para que homens e mulheres deficientes fossem reconhecidos (as) como mão de obra produtiva. As mulheres com deficiência, por sua vez, são duplamente discriminadas: pelo fato de ser mulher e de ser deficiente. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral analisar se a legislação em vigor no Brasil referente ao Direito do Trabalho da mulher e às normas de inserção sociolaboral das pessoas com deficiência estão propiciando a inclusão e permanência da mulher com deficiência física no mercado de trabalho e, assim, contribuindo para a igualdade de gênero no ambiente laboral e o fim da discriminação social. Para tanto, foi utilizado o método do Estudo de Caso, com o objetivo de analisar a realidade fática de mulheres com deficiência física, associadas à Associação dos Deficientes do Estado da Paraíba (ASDEPB), que se encontram inseridas no mercado de trabalho de Campina Grande/PB, com vistas a identificar se o direito pensado (idealizado) está sendo realizado (concretizado). Dentre os principais resultados percebeu-se que um significativo arcabouço legal vem contribuindo para a construção de uma nova visibilidade em relação às pessoas com deficiência, com vistas à remoção das barreiras que impedem a participação ativa delas em todos os âmbitos sociais. Contudo, tal arcabouço legal ainda não foi suficientemente capaz de dissipar a discriminação social em relação aos deficientes, nem promover efetivamente sua inclusão sociolaboral. No tocante à mulher sem deficiência, diversas normas foram implementadas há algum tempo, as quais se aplicam também às mulheres com deficiência, no intuito de promover o trabalho feminino e diminuir a desigualdade de gênero no mercado de trabalho, que ainda persiste. De todo modo, as normas promocionais de inserção sociolaboral das mulheres sem deficiência e das pessoas com deficiência têm o desafio de garantir a igualdade formal, bem como promover mecanismos que efetivem a igualdade material entre homens e mulheres com ou sem deficiência e, nesse sentido, ainda há muito a ser feito.

Este proyecto surge como una preocupación por la inserción laboral de las personas con discapacidad. El estado busca insertarlos al mundo laboral imponiendo a las empresas privadas y públicas unas plazas mínimas para las personas con discapacidad, pero en su mayoría estas no son ocupadas, pues no entendemos que el problema viene de la falta de lugares donde capacitar a esta población, pues las instituciones actuales no cuentan con la infraestructura ni con los docentes capacitados para cubrir esta demanda. Este documento reúne consideraciones técnicas, sociales y arquitectónicas para hacer un establecimiento apto no solo por su infraestructura sino para empoderar e integrar a las personas con diferentes discapacidades. Este proyecto en Huaral busca ser un piloto para que diferentes regiones lo puedan implementar teniendo en cuenta los trabajos más requeridos por zona. / This project arises as a concern for the labor insertion of people with disabilities. The state seeks to insert them into the labor market by imposing minimum places for people with disabilities on private and public companies, but most of them are not occupied, because we do not understand that the problem comes from the lack of places to train this population, since the current institutions do not have the infrastructure or the trained teachers to meet this demand. This document brings together technical, social and architectural considerations to make an establishment suitable not only for its infrastructure but also to empower and integrate people with different disabilities. In this thesis we start from the position where it is important to provide a new mainstreamed training opportunity that allows people with disabilities to opt for a non-specific environment. These normalised settings should become a complement to methodologies that also provide inclusion into ordinary work environments, such as supported employment. Thus, this thesis focuses on the study in Transition to Work Plans (PTT) It aims to establish what are the elements that facilitate its adaptation to people with disabilities. To carry out this research, instruments for assessing programs designed by the author have been applied, following the comprehensive paradigm (Stake, 2006), choosing the collection of information through different pathways. One of the relevant sources of information in this research were students with disabilities. In order to improve the suitability of these programs a set of proposals for improvement are suggested for the research / Partint de la idea que és important oferir nous espais formatius normalitzats que permetin a les persones amb discapacitat optar per entorns no específics en els quals rebre una formació de caràcter laboral, entorns normalitzats que han d’esdevenir complementaris de metodologies que també faciliten la inclusió en entorns laborals ordinaris, com és el Treball amb Suport. Aquesta recerca es centra en els Plans de Transició al Treball (PTT) i té la finalitat d’establir quins són els elements que afavoreixen la seva adequació a les persones amb discapacitat. Per a la realització d’aquesta recerca s’apliquen instruments d’avaluació de programes dissenyats per l’autora que, seguint el paradigma comprensiu (Stake, 2006), opta per una recollida d’informació a partir de diferents vies. Una de les fonts d’informació rellevants en aquesta recerca han estat els alumnes amb discapacitat. Finalment, es presenten un conjunt de propostes de millora que s’extreuen de la recerca realitzada.

La formación profesional del estudiante es importante para poder insertarse en el mercado laboral. Según Pedro (2020), la situación se ha agravado con la llegada de la covid-19 ya que desde inicios del 2020 los estudiantes han tenido que llevar sus cursos teóricos y prácticos de manera virtual. Esto ha ocasionado muchas dificultades como la eficiencia en el aprendizaje del estudiante, problemas de conectividad y problemas económicos. Esta situación ha afectado a los egresados ya que al momento de enfrentarse a la inserción laboral tendrá que afrontar múltiples desventajas como la dificultad de encontrar trabajo o en caso encuentre no se verá preparado para asumir el cargo. Esta investigación tiene por objetivo indagar en las experiencias de los egresados de la carrera de Comunicación Audiovisual de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas al insertarse al mercado laboral. Para ello, se conoce el diseño curricular de la carrera y la relación de los estudiantes con el mercado laboral. Asimismo, se identifica las vivencias de los recién egresados al enfrentar la pandemia y se indaga en las decisiones que buscan para insertarse en el mercado laboral. / The vocational training of the student is important in order to be able to enter the labour market.
