Previous issue date: 2014 / Este estudo tem como objetivo avançar no tema confiança interorganizacional, dando maior ênfase sobre os Núcleos de Inovação Tecnológica (NIT). A escolha desse ambiente como objeto de estudo, decorreu da relevância atribuída aos NITs com o estabelecimento da Lei de Inovação Tecnológica (LEI 10.973/2005). Entre as competências mínimas do NIT consta o zelo pela manutenção da política institucional de estímulo à proteção das criações, licenciamento, inovações e outras formas de transferência de tecnologia entre Instituições de Ciência e Tecnologia com o ambiente empresarial. Nesse sentido, o NIT possui papel fundamental como mediador dos interesses dos pesquisadores com as necessidades das empresas. No entanto, a desconfiança entre universidade e empresa cria um distanciamento entre esses dois atores. As empresas veem o meio acadêmico como uma esfera inacessível e distante do mundo prático. O objetivo geral desta dissertação, foi verifica o grau de maturidade dos atores do arranjo catarinense de inovação quanto a prática dos fatores geradores de confiança interorganizacional identificados na literatura. Para isso, foi realizado um diagnóstico na literatura a fim de identificar quais são os atributos geradores de confiança interorganizacional, para em seguida, verificar se os mesmos são colocados ou não em prática pelos atores do arranjo catarinense de inovação. Como conclusão ao objetivo geral deste estudo, pode-se verificar que os atores do arranjo catarinense de inovação possuem diferentes níveis de maturidade quanto ao grau de adoção dos atributos geradores de confiança interorganizacional. Das instituições pesquisadas, três afirmam colocar em prática quase todos os atributos pesquisados, e também três instituições, utilizam muito pouco dos atributos que foram pesquisados.<br> / Abstract : This study aims to advance the theme interorganizational trust, placing greater emphasis on the Technological Innovation Centers (NIT). The choice of this environment as an object of study, was due to the importance given to NITs with the establishment of Technological Innovation Law (Law 10.973 / 2005). As minimum powers of the NIT is in the zeal for maintaining the institutional policy of fostering the protection of the creations, licensing, innovation and other forms of technology transfer between science institutions and technology with the business environment. In this sense, the NIT has key role as a mediator of the interests of researchers with the needs of business. However, the distrust between university and company creates a gap between these two actors. Companies see academia as an inaccessible and distant realm of practical world. The overall objective of this thesis was check the degree of maturity of the actors of this state of innovation arrangement as the practice of inter-organizational trust generators factors identified in the literature. For this, a survey was carried in the literature to identify what events are attributes of interorganizational trust, to then check if they are placed or not in place by the actors of this state of innovation arrangement. As a conclusion to the general objective of this study, it can be seen that the actors of this state of innovation arrangement have different levels of maturity in the degree of adoption of interorganizational trust generators attributes. Of the institutions surveyed three claim to practice almost all surveyed attributes, and also three institutions, use very little of the attributes that were surveyed.
