Antecedentes.- El accidente Cerebro Vascular es una de las principales causas de invalidez y mortalidad a nivel mundial. La forma Hemorrágica constituye el 20% del total de ACVs, y su mortalidad es mucho mas alta y precoz (35-52% dentro de los 30 primeros dias). La HTA constituye el factor causal reconocido mas importante. / Antecedent.- The ACV is one of the main cause of invality and mortality universal level. The hemorrhage form constitutes 20% of the total ACV, the mortality is upper and precocious (35-52%) in the first 30 days. The HTA constitutes the most important the Causal Factor recognized.
