Project management research on BOF slag revitalizing.

While facing the globalization and Iinternet trend in the fickle environment, enterprise has no choices but to innovate continuously, in order to sustain a leading position and for business prosperities. Project is an exceptional method to deal with the Business objective, which cannot be achieved by routine procedure. By the characteristic of project-specialization, systematization and integration, it could help enterprise to improve the quality of product/service, and to sustain a competitive ability in the world.
This thesis is to study the key successful factors of managing a project of Basic Oxygen Furnace(BOF) slag revitalization ¡V the resource recycling devision of C corporation in the resource recycling industry. By way of orginizing project management body of knowledge(PMBOK) to establish the framework of project management. Then researchs the influence of key successful factors of project management that would lead to excellent outcome of BOF slag revitalization. And proposes a systematic approach of project management to facilitate companies to manage the resource recycling and new product development process.
The conclusion is that:
1.BOF slag revitalization project is a synthetically proposal, which combines new product development, engineering construction and process improvement. In the process group of the project management for BOF slag revitalization pro. Executing Process Group would be the most effective process for managing a successful project.
2.Through the whole Project Life Cycle, Project Time Management of the PMBOK is the most important key successful factor for BOF slag revitalization project management, and then is Project Risk and Quality Management.
