La Central 105 de la Región Policial Ayacucho, requiere de una modernización acorde a los tiempos actuales, con recursos humanos especializados y tecnología de punta que le permita brindar una atención eficiente y eficaz a los ciudadanos que demandan de una respuesta oportuna ante una situación de riesgo o peligro que atente contra su integridad física o su patrimonio. Esta central de emergencias 105, viene atendiendo las llamadas telefónicas solo de tipo policial en el ámbito urbano de la ciudad de Ayacucho y zonas adyacentes. El presente estudio propone la forma de cómo cambiar el diseño organizacional, convirtiéndola en una moderna central de llamadas de emergencias, con infraestructura adecuada, recursos humanos capacitados y alta tecnología; cuyo financiamiento económico, ejecución e implementación se realizará con la participación de la empresa privada, mediante
la modalidad de obras por impuestos, a corto y mediano plazo. Se efectuó el estudio de la central 105 de la Región Policial 105 de Ayacucho, debido al alto índice de percepción de inseguridad ciudadana y la problemática de las centrales de emergencia en las provincias a nivel nacional, que son similares. El proyecto de innovación, permitirá reducir la brecha del servicio de atención al ciudadano en forma oportuna y en el menor tiempo posible, como respuesta ante una llamada de emergencia a la central 105, activando los recursos necesarios para concurrir al lugar de los hechos, como: Bomberos, Servicio de Atención Médico Móvil de Urgencia, Defensa Civil, Policía Nacional.
