O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar como as ações de inclusão se articulam com processos de resiliência em adolescentes e jovens da Educação Especial, a partir da perspectiva dos alunos e professores. O referencial teórico adotado se refere à abordagem socioecológica, cujos pressupostos dos estudos da resiliência se pautam, principalmente, numa abordagem cultural. Com relação à temática da inclusão, é entendida neste trabalho como um processo que valoriza as diferenças. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa foi realizada por meio de dois estudos. O Estudo I consistiu em uma pesquisa documental, no qual se analisou os documentos do IFPR (local em que se desenvolveu a pesquisa), verificando as políticas, princípios e ações constantes sobre a inclusão de alunos da Educação Especial. Esse estudo possibilitou o entendimento e posicionamento da instituição sobre a inclusão e buscou-se, a partir dos dados levantados nos documentos, relacioná-los com as sete tensões da abordagem socioecológica, analisando como as propostas de inclusão poderiam contribuir para o processo de resiliência de alunos da Educação Especial. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This study is linked to the Graduate Program in Education of the Universidade Estadual Paulista, Presidente Prudente campus, more specifically to the Human Development, Difference and Values research line. The objective of the research was to analyze how inclusion actions are articulated with processes of resilience in adolescents and young people in special education, from the perspective of students and teachers. The theoretical reference adopted refers to the socioecological approach, whose presuppositions of the studies of the resilience, are based mainly on a cultural approach. Regarding the theme of inclusion, understood in this work as a process that values the differences. The qualitative approach research was carried out through two studies. Study I consisted of a documentary research, in which the documents of the IFPR (where the research was developed) were analyzed, verifying the policies, principles and constant actions on the inclusion of special education students. This study allowed the understanding and positioning of this institution on inclusion and sought from the data collected in the documents, relate them to the seven tensions of the socioecological approach, analyzing how inclusion proposals could contribute to the resilience process of special education student.
