Previous issue date: 2016 / A presente tese é produto do estudo sobre os fundamentos utilizados pelo Serviço Social sobre PSR nos Programas de Pós-Graduação. O delineamento da investigação é qualitativo e o tipo de pesquisa é a bibliográfica. O critério de escolha das teses e dissertações foi aquelas que estavam disponíveis na forma completa no site da CAPES. Identificamos 26 e analisamos 23 - entre 2004-2014. Usamos a técnica de análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin (1977). Organizamos a tese em três sessões: na primeira sessão sistematizamos um mapa que contém os dados gerais dos trabalhos. Na segunda, abordamos os termos e os conceitos de PSR. Encontramos os seguintes resultados de pesquisa: a PSR é aquela que utiliza as ruas como condição e modo de vida; é um fenômeno da expressão da "questão social" e não é exclusivo das grandes cidades; apresenta diferentes contornos e está dentro de um grupo socialmente vulnerável. Na terceira, apresentamos os fundamentos de PSR utilizados nos trabalhos. Os estudos apontaram para o uso de algumas tendências temáticas: 1. questão social; 2. políticas sociais; 3. exclusão/inclusão social; 4. urbano e a 5. participação social. Em cada eixo foram aglutinadas categorias conforme nosso entendimento. Analisamos as categorias temáticas que tiveram maior frequência nas produções. Destacamos aquela que é utilizada com maior frequência: a exclusão social. Sugerimos a sua substituição por vulnerabilidade social, pois encontramos limites conceituais nas produções e a realização de estudos que construa índices que considere a voz da PSR e encontre meios de problematizar com a sociedade a complexidade desta situação.<br> / Abstract : This thesis is the product of the study on the grounds used by the Social Service of PSR in the Graduate Programs. The design of the research is qualitative and the type of research is the literature. The criteria for selection of theses and dissertations were those that were available in complete form in the CAPES website. We identify and analyze 26 23 - between 2004-2014. We use the content analysis technique proposed by Bardin (1977). We organize the thesis in three sessions: the first session systematize a map containing the general data of the work. In the second, we address the terms and PSR concepts. We found the following search results: PSR is one that uses the streets as a condition and way of life; It is a phenomenon of expression of the "social question" and is not exclusive to big cities; It has different contours and are in a socially vulnerable group. In the third, we present the PSR fundamentals used in the work. Studies have pointed to the use of some thematic trends: 1. social issues; 2. social policies; 3. social exclusion / inclusion; 4. urban and 5. Social participation. In each axis were clumped categories as our understanding. We have analyzed the themes that were more frequent in the productions. We emphasize that it is used more often: social exclusion. We suggest replacing it with social vulnerability, because we found conceptual limits on productions and studies that build indexes that consider the voice of the PSR and find ways to discuss with the company the complexity of this situation.
