Välmående inom statliga projektgrupper : En kvantitativ analys av arbetsrelaterade krav, kontroll ochstöd i relation till individens välmående

This thesis explores the relationship between job demands, control, support, and well-being among project members within public agencies. Through multiple regression analysis, significant predictive power of demands, control, and support on individuals' well-being was found, with demands showing a negative correlation with well-being while increased control and support correlated positively with well- being. Despite these findings, it should be noted that the study was limited by a small number of participants, affecting the reliability and generalizability of the results to the entire population, and thus the results should be interpreted with caution. In conclusion, the study discusses the importance of considering well- being and offers suggestions for future research within the field.
