2010_CristianeBatistadoNascimento.pdf: 1845599 bytes, checksum: 4ca17a5f6f47839111290c6247a8c58b (MD5) / A presente dissertação trata dos empréstimos linguísticos da Língua Portuguesa – LP – para a Língua de Sinais Brasileira – LSB –, também conhecida por Libras, sob a perspectiva do contato de línguas, causado pela situação de bilinguismo a que os surdos estão expostos. A LSB e a LP são línguas em constante contato e a coexistência espacial de línguas, geralmente, apresenta algumas consequências, seja de simples empréstimos até a mistura das línguas envolvidas. O objetivo da pesquisa foi descrever e analisar os empréstimos da LP para LSB, com foco nos empréstimos cuja origem é a escrita da LP, por meio do alfabeto datilológico da LSB, bem como verificar nesta língua as consequências do contato. Com base nos estudos de contato de línguas como pidgins, crioulos, bilinguismo, entre outros, analisa-se a possibilidade de a LSB se crioulizar pelo constante contato com a LP, tendo em vista que são línguas estruturalmente muito distintas – uma língua oral e uma língua espacial e visual. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The present work deals with loan words from the Portuguese Language – PL to the Brazilian Sign Language – LSB (also known as Libras) from the perspective of language contact enabled by the situation of bilinguism experienced by deaf people. Both LSB and PL are in constant contact and usually the spatial coexistence of languages has consequences, from a simple loan to the fusion of the languages involved. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze loan words from PL to LSB focusing on loans originated from written PL, through fingerspelling of the LSB. Also, this research intends to verify the consequences of this contact to LSB. Based on studies of language contact such as pidgins, creoles, bilinguism, among other studies, this work examines the possibility of LSB become creolized as a consequence of its constant contact with the PL, given that these languages have very different properties because of their different structures – one is an oral language and the other is sign language.
