Tyrimo objektas: Trakų darbo biržos profesinių mokymų efektyvumas Tyrimo metodai: 1. Mokslinės literatūros studijavimas ir analizė. 2. Anketinė apklausa. 3. Tyrimų duomenų statistinė analizė ir interpretacija. Tyrimo rezultatai: • Atlikus apklausą buvo nustatyta, jog beveik visi respondentai (92,7 proc.) mano, kad teorinio parengimo mokymų metu tikrai pakanka. • Du trečdaliai (65,8 proc.) respondentų nurodė, kad jiems visiškai pakako praktinio pasirengimo mokymų metu, kad galėtų sėkmingai dirbti savo atliekamą darbą. • Trys ketvirtadaliai kursų klausytojų (75,6 proc.) teigė, kad darbo biržos organizuoti kursai jiem buvo naudingi. • Nemaža dalis – virš 50 procentų gavusiųjų anketas į jas neatsakė. Taigi gautieji duomenys nėra labai patikimi. Atsakė tie, kurie darbo biržos mokymų paslauga yra patenkinti. Tie, kurie kursus lankė dėl stipendijos, atsakyti į klausimus vengė.Taigi, buvo tikėtasi žmonių geranoriškumo, bet jo nesulaukta. • Hipotezė, kad profesinis mokymas darbo biržoje registruotiems bedarbiams negarantuoja įsidarbinimo galimybės nepasitvirtino, nes apklausos rezultatai parodė, kad absoliuti dauguma (85,4 proc.) respondentų mano, kad darbo biržos organizuoti kursai, kuriuos jie baigė, turėjo įtakos įsidarbinant. / • After the survey was established that almost all respondents (92,7 %) consider that theoretical preparation pending training is certainly sufficient. • Two-thirds (65,8 %) of respondents noted, that the practical preparation pending training was totally suffice for them, that they could successfully perform their work. • Three-quarters of courses students (75,6 %) proposed, that the courses organized by the Labour Exchange were effective. • A fair part – over 50 percent of questionnaire receivers didn‘t respond. So, the collected data are not very reliable. Responded only those, who were satisfied with the Labour Exchange training service. People, who attended the courses for the stipend, avoided to respond to questions. So, the expected human goodwill were not attained. • There was not confirmed hypothesis, that vocational training for unemployed registered in the Labour Exchange didn‘t ensure the employ possibility, as the survey results demonstrated that the absolute majority (85,4 %) of respondents considers, that their finished training, organized by the Labour Exchange, had the influence for employ.
