Crisis decision-making.

To date (March 1971), many books and articles have been written on managerial decision-making. Some of these even mention the special case of decision making in crises, but very few have paid complete attention to this very important area. Although the armed forces have carried out experiments designed to study behaviour under stress, very little seems to have been done to make use of the findings in industry, possibly because it is not reported prescriptively in the managerial literature.[...]
