El estudio científico social intitulado “Diseño e Implementación del Manual
de Procedimientos Policiales para enfrentar la ineficacia de la intervención
policial del Delito de Minería Ilegal en la Región Madre de Dios”, ha tenido como
objetivos de estudio el nivel de ineficacia en las intervenciones policiales
relacionados a este ilícito, describiendo las acciones de interdicción y las
investigaciones policiales respectivas.
Evaluándose mediante investigación de enfoque cualitativo y método
inductivo, la aplicación de los procedimientos operativos y administrativos
policiales, respecto a la observancia de los aspectos técnico-normativos y
científicos exigibles para la criminalización de este tipo penal.
Siendo las principales conclusiones la inobservancia de los protocolos de
intervención por parte del personal policial, durante el recaudo probatorio para
criminalizar este Delito; por lo que se define como desafío, la implementación de
un Manual de Procedimientos Policiales que normen las intervenciones que
comprende las acciones de interdicción e investigación en concordancia con las
normas legales vigentes. / The social scientific study entitled "Design and Implementation of the
Manual of Police Procedures to face the ineffectiveness of police intervention of
the Crime of Illegal Mining in the Madre de Dios Region", has had as study
objectives the level of ineffectiveness in police interventions related to to this
crime, describing the interdiction actions and the respective police investigations.
Evaluating through research with a qualitative approach and inductive
method, the application of police operational and administrative procedures,
regarding the observance of the technical, regulatory and scientific aspects
required for the criminalization of this criminal type.
The main conclusions being the non-observance of the intervention
protocols by police personnel, during the collection of evidence to criminalize this
Crime; For what is defined as a challenge, the implementation of a Manual of
Police Procedures that regulates the interventions that include interdiction and
investigation actions in accordance with current legal regulations.
