Цель магистерской работы: анализ тенденций развития информационных систем на рынке автозаправочных сервисов и проектирование новой информационной системы по доставке топлива. Для достижения поставленной̆ цели были обозначены следующие задачи: провести анализ рынка автозаправочных станций Российской Федерации; изучить тенденции развития информационных систем автозаправочных сервисов; изучить жизненный цикл информационных систем; определить требования и спецификации на создание информационной системы; разработать бизнес-процессы информационной системы; провести моделирование бизнес-процессов «TO-BE»; осуществить планирование проекта разработки информационной системы; рассчитать экономическую эффективность проекта; произвести управление рисками проекта; разработать план продвижения сервиса; осуществить практическую реализацию проекта. Как результат работы представлен план по разработке новой ИС по доставке топлива с использованием информационных технологий, разработка которой способно решить ряд проблем существующих ИС. / The purpose of the master's thesis: analysis of trends in the development of information systems in the market of filling services and design of a new information system for fuel delivery. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: to analyze the market of gas stations in the Russian Federation; to study the trends in the development of information systems of gas station services; to study the life cycle of information systems; to determine the requirements and specifications for the creation of an information system; to develop business processes of an information system; to carry out modeling of business processes "TO-BE"; to plan an information system development project; to calculate the economic efficiency of the project; to manage project risks; to develop a service promotion plan; to implement the practical implementation of the project. As a result of the work, a plan is presented for the development of a new fuel delivery system using information technology, the development of which can solve a number of problems of existing IS.
