Третья часть содержит рекомендации по изменениям. Построение бизнес-процесса корпоративного обучения позволит настроить процесс обучения должным образом, что позволит компании реализовывать крупные проекты силами собственных высококвалифицированных рабочих специалистов. В заключение работы формулируются основные выводы, перечислены результаты и подведены итоги магистерской диссертационной работы.

В 1-й главе отражена сущность процесса снабжения на промышленном предприятии, а также приведен анализ успешного опыта зарубежных предприятий. Во 2-й главе приведено описание основной деятельности АО «НПО автоматики», рассмотрены и проанализированы основные финансовые показатели организации. Также подробно проанализирована работа центра центра материально-технического обеспечения. Цель магистерской работы: анализ тенденций развития информационных систем на рынке автозаправочных сервисов и проектирование новой информационной системы по доставке топлива. Для достижения поставленной̆ цели были обозначены следующие задачи: провести анализ рынка автозаправочных станций Российской Федерации; изучить тенденции развития информационных систем автозаправочных сервисов; изучить жизненный цикл информационных систем; определить требования и спецификации на создание информационной системы; разработать бизнес-процессы информационной системы; провести моделирование бизнес-процессов «TO-BE»; осуществить планирование проекта разработки информационной системы; рассчитать экономическую эффективность проекта; произвести управление рисками проекта; разработать план продвижения сервиса; осуществить практическую реализацию проекта. Как результат работы представлен план по разработке новой ИС по доставке топлива с использованием информационных технологий, разработка которой способно решить ряд проблем существующих ИС. / The purpose of the master's thesis: analysis of trends in the development of information systems in the market of filling services and design of a new information system for fuel delivery. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: to analyze the market of gas stations in the Russian Federation; to study the trends in the development of information systems of gas station services; to study the life cycle of information systems; to determine the requirements and specifications for the creation of an information system; to develop business processes of an information system; to carry out modeling of business processes "TO-BE"; to plan an information system development project; to calculate the economic efficiency of the project; to manage project risks; to develop a service promotion plan; to implement the practical implementation of the project. As a result of the work, a plan is presented for the development of a new fuel delivery system using information technology, the development of which can solve a number of problems of existing IS.

Целью магистерской диссертации является изучение производственного процесса предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ», определение наиболее подходящего пути модернизации и осуществление внедрения предложенных мероприятий, а также проведение сравнительного анализа производства до внедрения модернизации и после. Объектом исследования данной работы являются бизнес-процессы предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ», предметом исследования — модернизация бизнес-процессов производства ПВХ окон на предприятии ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ». Научная новизна заключается в исследовании известных способов модернизации бизнес-процессов, формировании подхода для осуществления модернизации бизнес-процессов на предприятии ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ» и применение их к объекту исследования. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена формированием конкретных рекомендаций по модернизации бизнес-процессов компании, позволяющие ей повысить эффективность производства, уменьшить себестоимость продукции и минимизировать процент брака. Проведенную модернизацию можно считать экономически эффективной: анализ финансовых показателей (NPV > 0, DPP < Tмакс, IRR > СС) наглядно продемонстрировал, что предложенные решения для модернизации бизнес-процессов предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ» экономически результативны, срок окупаемости составил 3 месяца. / The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that at present the market of PVC structures is oversaturated with offers, therefore, in order for the enterprise to remain competitive, it is necessary to modernize business processes, which can significantly speed up them, reduce the cost of manufactured products, clearly assign responsibilities and areas of responsibility of employees, minimize the number of defects in production. The object of the study of this work is the business processes of the enterprise LLC "REGIONPLAST", the subject of the study is the modernization of the business processes of production of PVC windows at the enterprise LLC "REGIONPLAST". Scientific novelty lies in the study of known methods of modernization of business processes, the formation of an approach for the implementation of the modernization of business processes at the company "REGIONPLAST" and their application to the object of research. The practical significance of the work is due to the formation of specific recommendations for the modernization of the company's business processes, allowing it to increase production efficiency, reduce the cost of production and minimize the percentage of rejects. The modernization carried out can be considered cost-effective: the analysis of financial indicators (NPV> 0, DPP <Tmax, IRR> CC) clearly demonstrated that the proposed solutions for modernizing the business processes of the REGIONPLAST LLC enterprise are economically effective, the payback period was 3 months.
