В диссертации был проведен анализ литературы и нормативно-справочной документации по теме диссертации, по результатам исследования была сформирована таблица сравнений медицинских информационных систем. Разработаны требования к медицинским системам. В ходе работы были построены модели исследуемых бизнес-процессов и разработан новый блок медицинской информационной системы для клиники «Геном-Волга». / The analysis of literature and normative-reference documentation on the subject of the thesis was carried out in the thesis, the table of comparisons of medical information systems was formed based on the results of the research. The paper analyzes the theoretical and regulatory framework for the development of professional standards, summarizes foreign experience in implementing professional standards in the field of social services. Russian requirements for the qualification of personnel in the field of social services were studied. The analysis of the legal framework and expert evaluation of the implementation of professional standards in social service institutions in the Sverdlovsk region. The identified problems allowed the authors to develop Recommendations on the implementation of professional standards in the field of social services. / В работе проведен анализ теоретических и нормативно-правовых основ разработки профессиональных стандартов, обобщен зарубежный опыт внедрения профессиональных стандартов в сфере социального обслуживания. Изучены российские требования к квалификации персонала в сфере социального обслуживания. Проведен анализ нормативно-правовой базы и экспертная оценка практики внедрения профессиональных стандартов в учреждениях социального обслуживания Свердловской области. Выявленные проблемы позволили авторам разработать Рекомендации по вопросам внедрения профессиональных стандартов в сфере социального обслуживания.

Для принятия решения о внедрении нового программного продукта в коммерческой организации необходимо опираться на понятные критерии. Поэтому является актуальным обобщение методических подходов к оценке эффективности внедрения программных продуктов в коммерческих организациях. Цель магистерской диссертации заключается в совершенствовании системы оценки эффективности внедрения программных продуктов. Для достижения цели поставлены следующие задачи: изучение теоретико-методических основ оценки экономической эффективности внедрения программных продуктов; исследование методических подходов к оценке эффективности внедрения программных продуктов; разработка путей совершенствования оценки экономической эффективности внедрения программных продуктов. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке универсального алгоритма выбора программного продукта для внедрения в коммерческих организациях, который основан на усовершенствованной оценке эффективности внедрения, включающий в себя как экономические показатели эффективности, так и оценку выгод и рисков от внедрения программного продукта и позволяющий выбрать программный продукт для организаций с наилучшими показателями. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности использования предложенного инструментария в процессе принятия решения о внедрении программных продуктов на предприятии, что, в свою очередь, создает предпосылки для увеличения суммы прибыли и повышения эффективности деятельности организаций. / To decide on the introduction of a new software in a commercial organization, it is necessary to rely on clear criteria. The purpose of the master's thesis is to improve the system for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of software. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: the study of theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the economic efficiency of the implementation of software; study of methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of software; development of ways to improve the assessment of the economic efficiency of the implementation of software. The scientific novelty of the study is to develop a universal algorithm for choosing a software for implementation in commercial organizations, which is based on an improved assessment of the effectiveness of implementation, which includes both economic performance indicators and an assessment of the benefits and risks of introducing a software and allowing you to choose a software for organizations with the best performance. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the proposed tools in the decision-making process on the implementation of software in the enterprise, which, in turn, creates the prerequisites for increasing the amount of profit and increasing the efficiency of organizations.

Цель работы: улучшение показателей эффективности взыскания с клиента банка просроченной задолженности и уменьшение затрат на процесс взыскания при помощи внедрения сторонней разработки (робота-коллектора) в текущий бизнес-процесс предприятия. Для достижения данной цели работы были определены следующие задачи: изучить теоретические основы моделирования бизнес-процессов (понятия, методологии, нотации); проанализировать рынок программных продуктов для моделирования бизнес-процессов; изучить и описать исследуемый бизнес-процесс предприятия; проанализировать модель AS IS, выявить недостатки, построить модель TO BE; разработать план проекта; провести расчеты экономической эффективности проекта; сделать заключение по проведенной работе. В процессе выполнения данной работы для моделирования бизнес-процессов была использована методология BPMN, а для практической реализации проекта использовались следующие инструменты – MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL SERVER, QlikView, Access. Результаты выпускной квалификационной работы были использованы в процессе модернизации бизнес-процесса Банка ПАО КБ «УБРиР». / The purpose of the work: to improve the efficiency of collecting overdue debts from the bank's client and reduce the costs of the collection process by introducing a third-party development (a collector robot) into the current business process of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: to study the theoretical foundations of business process modeling (concepts, methodologies, notations); to analyze the market of software products for modeling business processes; to study and describe the business process of the enterprise under study; analyze the AS IS model, identify shortcomings, build a TO BE model; develop a project plan; calculate the economic efficiency of the project; make a conclusion on the work carried out. In the course of this work, BPMN methodology was used to model business processes, and the following tools were used for the practical implementation of the project - MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL SERVER, QlikView, Access. The results of the final qualification work were used in the process of modernization of the business process of the Bank of PJSC CB "UBRiR".

Использования систем поддержки принятия решений (далее – СППР) в спортивном менеджменте не является столь распространённым на данный момент. В работе описаны теоретические и практические аспекты использования математических моделей в спорте, рассмотрение спортивных событий сквозь призму системного анализа, разработка системы поддержки принятия решений в виде web-ресурса для спортивного предприятия с целью автоматизации процесса. Целью данной работы является разработка и создание системы поддержки принятия решений для Межрегионального координационного центра Федерации хоккея России «Урал – Западная Сибирь» в виде web-ресурса. Её целью является автоматизация процесса назначения судей на матчи Чемпионатов России по хоккею среди детских юношеских спортивных школ по хоккею в регионе «Урал – Западная Сибирь». Кроме того в работе рассмотрены теоретические модели, а именно использования системного анализа как СППР для распределения игроков среди футбольных клубов, а так же задача о составлении оптимального календаря турнира по хоккею. / Use of decision making support systems (further – DMSS) in sporting management is not so widespread at the moment. In this work theoretical and practical aspects of use of mathematical models in sport, reviewing of sporting events through a prism of systems analysis, development of system of support of decision-making in the form of a web resource for sporting enterprise for the purpose of process automation are described. The purpose of this operation is development and creation of decision making support system for Interregional coordination center of Russian Ice Hockey Federation "Urals – Western Siberia" in the form of a web resource. Its purpose is automation of process of assignment of judges on hockey matches of Championships of Russia among children's junior sporting schools on hockey in region "Urals – Western Siberia". Besides in work theoretical models, namely uses of systems analysis as DMSS for distribution of players among football clubs, and also task about compilation of the optimum calendar of a hockey tournament are considered.

Актуальность темы выпускной квалификационной работы обусловлена потребностями предприятия в автоматизации производства. Целью данной работы является проектирование и внедрение автоматизации на производство компании «ДНК Окна». Основными пунктам методологической новизны являются применение известных подходов к автоматизации производства к новому объекту исследования, оконному производству. Практическая значимость данной работы заключается в уменьшении сроков производство оконных конструкций для компании «ДНК Окна» за счет внедрения автоматизированного модуля отслеживания готовности заказа. Экономическая эффективность работы подтверждена в последнем разделе ВКР, так как внедрение системы на предприятие уже осуществлено. / The relevance of the topic of final qualification work is due to the needs of the enterprise in the automation of production. The aim of this work is the design and implementation of automation for the production of DNA Windows. The main points of methodological novelty are the application of well-known approaches to the automation of production to a new object of study, window production. The practical significance of this work is to reduce the time frame for the production of window structures for DNA Windows by introducing an automated module for tracking order readiness. The economic efficiency of the work is confirmed in the last section of the dissertation, since the introduction of the system to the enterprise has already been completed.

Объект исследования – документационное обеспечение деятельности органов государственной власти. Предмет исследования – современные технологии документационного обеспечения в деятельности исполнительных органов государственной власти. Цель работы – анализ технологий документационного обеспечения деятельности органов государственной власти и внедрении современных технологий документационного обеспечения в Информационном центре ГУ МВД России по Свердловской области. В работе были рассмотрены технологии работы с документами в Информационном центре ГУ МВД России по Свердловской области. Их также можно разделить на технологии работы с входящими, исходящими и внутренними документами. Поскольку МВД России является государственным органом исполнительной власти, деятельность которого неразрывно связана с государственной тайной, в Информационного центра выделяется общее и секретное делопроизводство. Основным документом, регламентирующим работу с документами в Информационном центре, является Инструкция по делопроизводству в органах внутренних дел РФ, а работа с секретным делопроизводством ведется на основании Инструкции по обеспечению режима секретности в органах внутренних дел РФ. Во второй главе приведены статистические данные о сохраняющихся тенденциях нарастания секретных и несекретных документационных потоков в деятельности Информационного центра. Для повышения эффективности организации делопроизводства были разработаны рекомендации документационного обеспечения работы с документами в деятельности Информационного центра, а также разработан проект по внедрению технологий документационного обеспечения в деятельность Информационного центра. / The object of the research is documentation of the activities of state authorities.
