En robotiseringstjänst, vad leder den till?

Wahlberg, Ofelia January 2020 (has links)
This study investigates how robots employed to conduct the application processfor economic support in some Swedish municipalities impact the social workers’job. Specifically, how duties and time spent shifts, how the interpersonal meetingwith the client is affected, and how their autonomy and independence change as aconsequence of this transformation.A qualitative method with semi-structured interviews has been adopted for thestudy. Four respondents from different places in the country have beeninterviewed. The theory of McDonaldization and previous research in this areamake out a foundation for this study. The results show that the introduction of robots has led to new ways of workingand to redistribution of human recourses within some municipalities. This studycannot prove that robots free up time to work with clients, which was the mainreason for their introduction. Although the interpersonal meeting with the client isstill considered significant, this study shows that it is indeed challenged. Lastlythe study has not observed any strongly pronounced limitations of the autonomyand independence of social workers, but feelings of alienation have beenexpressed.

Vývojové trendy v pracovním právu ve světle automatizace, digitalizace a robotizace / Developmental trends in labor law in light of automation, digitization and robotization

Stolička, Jáchym January 2019 (has links)
Developmental trends in labor law in light of automation, digitization and robotization Abstract This master thesis deals with developmental trends in labor law in the light of automation, digitization and robotization. It analyzes the individual trends and gives the evidence that the dynamic pace of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has a significant impact on labor law sub-institutes and the overall labor-law paradigm. The work itself is divided into four parts. The first and second part set out the starting points and basic concepts and analyze the developmental trends that have influenced the world of work since the beginning of human history. There is an emphasis on the similarity of historical development trends with current trends. The third part of the thesis analyzes the current developmental trends in labor law by prism of the values established in the first part of the thesis. It focuses on the ability of the Czech Labor Code to regulate flexible forms of employment. At the same time, it emphasizes the factual changes in labor relations and the legal status of their participants in the digital era. It also analyzes in detail the trend of shared economy and its influence on the form of labor relations with reference to the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. It also takes into...

Revision & Risk : I och med automatiserade och robotiserade redovisningssystem

Hamlin, Jenny, Wall, Emelie January 2018 (has links)
Automated and robotic accounting has expanded and covers more areas than ever before. But automation has resulted in risks within other industries. The purpose of this research has therefore been to investigate the risks that have arisen, as a result of automation and robotization of the accounting. Also to investigate whether the audit risk and audit process has been affected and if the audit process has become more automated. The research questions were answered through a qualitative method, in which nine interviews with authorized auditors were conducted. The result has then been analyzed, mainly in relation to the audit risk model, ARM. The conclusion is that the risks arising from automated systems are a lack of knowledge of the systems, interaction between the systems that lead to the information not being complete and more easily accessible information, that cyber hackers can penetrate. The audit process focuses more on internal control, data analysis and manual transactions that are more risky. This leads to a lower audit risk, where the auditors now can be more sure about that the companies annual statements do not contain significant errors. The inherent risk, control risk and detection risk are lower due to the automation and robotization of the accounting systems. The audit process has not become more automated, since there are technological barriers where the organizations ERP systems are not homogenous, and where the cost is just too high for the audit firms to adapt the automatic audit to the different customers. The auditing standard is not adapted for data analysis and a more automatic and continuous audit, which affects the development of an automatic audit process / Automatiserad och robotiserad redovisning har utvecklats och omfattar flera områden än någonsin.

Berrojo Romeyro Mascarenhas, Guillermo, Tish, Alaa, Safi, Aymen January 2022 (has links)
Level: Bachelor Thesis in Business Administration, 15 ECTS.   Department: School of Business, Society and Engineering, Mälardalen University Authors: Guillermo Berrojo Romeyro Mascarenhas (2001/06/14), Alaa Tish (1994/01/10), Aymen Safi (2000/03/27). Title: Robotic Powered Satisfaction? A Quantitative Study on The Impact of Robotization on Job Satisfaction.  Supervisor: Noushan Memar Keywords: Robotization, Robots, Job Satisfaction, Herzberg Two-Factor Theory, Employee’s Retention. Research question: To what extent does robotization impact job satisfaction? Purpose: This research attempts to verify the extent of the impact of robotization on job satisfaction as the primary goal, and the likelihood impact of the latter on employee retention as a sub-goal.  Method: Utilizing the phenomenon of robotization in the wholesale industry as the empirical context, a quantitative research approach was adopted. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire that was conducted among warehouse and terminal staff in the wholesale industry.  Conclusion: The results of this research confirm that robotization, as a phenomenon of system or process automation using robotic devices, has a significantly positive relationship with job satisfaction. The findings also suggested the notion that robotization affects more profoundly on motivating factors than hygiene factors.

Robotizace amerických ozbrojených sil v letech 2000-2011 a její perspektivy do roku 2020 / The robotization of US armed forces between the years 2000-2011 and its perspectives untill 2020

Kudrec, Martin January 2012 (has links)
This thesis analyzes the development of US armed forces robotization in the last decade as well as its perspectives in the current one. It analyzes the dynamics and main trends as well as quantitative and qualititive direction of this development. This analysis is based on and makes use of conceptual and notational framework of post-structural virtual theory of security proposed by Der Derian. The first part of the thesis provides theoretical and conceptual background and introduces the topic. It also deals with basic technological trends which influence the later update operationalization of the technologically-based theoretical framework and time framework of the thesis itself. The second part of the thesis addresses the very analysis of the US armed forces robotization based on the first part. The main aim of the thesis is to point out the development dynamics of the US armed forces robotization as a trend, as the thesis begins with the analyzing of the implementation of the first modern partially semi-autonomous robots in american equipment and ends with the analysis of plans for massive introduction of highly-autonomous, self-learning robotic systems and systems of systems with partial social, "ethical" and "moral" parameters. The last section of the thesis also addresses the basic security and...
