Экономическая среда становится все более неопределенной. Особенно заметно это становится в условиях цифровизации, когда скорость взаимодействия с информацией значительно возросла. Чтобы сохранять и увеличивать свою конкурентоспособность компаниям приходится применять различные методы управления и модернизаций для достижения лидирующих позиций на рынке. В результате все больше компаний стремятся к цифровизации, которая позволяет оптимизировать процессы. Однако подобные изменения влекут за собой еще большую неопределенность. Поэтому компаниям становится особенно важно грамотно управлять и принимать решения в условиях неопределенности. Цель работы – разработка методических рекомендаций по управлению неопределенностью на современном этапе цифровизации экономики. Объектом исследования является совокупность подходов к управлению неопределенностью. Практическая значимость состоит в разработке алгоритма внедрения предложенных методических рекомендаций по управлению цифровой неопределенностью в деятельность компании. / The economic environment is becoming increasingly uncertain. This is especially noticeable in the conditions of digitalization, when the speed of interaction with information has increased significantly. In order to maintain and increase their competitiveness, companies have to apply various management methods and upgrades to achieve leading positions in the market. As a result, more and more companies are striving for digitalization, which allows optimizing processes. However, such changes entail even greater uncertainty. Therefore, it becomes especially important for companies to manage competently and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty. The purpose of the work is to develop methodological recommendations for managing uncertainty at the current stage of the economy digitalization. The object of the study is a set of approaches to uncertainty management. The practical significance lies in the development of an algorithm for implementing the proposed methodological recommendations for managing digital uncertainty in the company's activities.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию влияния финансовых технологий на страховой рынок Российской Федерации. Предметом исследования являются экономические отношения, формируемые под влиянием финтех инноваций на рынке страхования. Основной целью магистерской диссертации является разработка концепции, которая позволит модифицировать страховой рынок, на примере СПАО «Ингосстрах» в условиях развития финансовых инноваций в страховании на основе изучения теоретических и практических аспектов внедрения финансовых технологий в сфере страхования. В заключении подводятся общие итоги, делаются выводы по масштабам деятельности СПАО «Ингосстрах» и развитию дистанционных каналов обслуживания, значимость внедрения современных технологий в сферу страхования. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the cost management policy for the production and sale of enterprise products in order to increase its profitability and profitability. The subject of the study is the economic relations arising in the process of cost management. The main purpose of the master's thesis is to develop practical recommendations on cost management at the enterprise based on the systematization of existing scientific approaches to cost management. In conclusion, the results of the study are summarized, conclusions are drawn about the activities of LLC "Kurganavtotrans".

The WRC (master's thesis) consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliographic list including 62 titles. The work includes 3 tables and 14 figures. The total volume of the WRC (master's thesis) is 82 pages. The purpose of the study is to study and analyze the impact of the introduction of a CRM system on the digitalization of business processes of a small industrial enterprise, as well as to develop recommendations for the effective use of a CRM system. The object of the study is LLC "MR". The scientific novelty of the results of this study lies in the analysis and formulation of the key tasks that the CRM system should solve. First of all, this is due to an increase in the efficiency of managers and an increase in sales revenue due to automation and digitalization of business processes. The practical significance of the study lies in the development and analysis of recommendations for the implementation of a CRM system at the enterprise LLC "MR". Effectiveness of recommendations – the recommendations proposed by the author on the implementation of a CRM system will allow the company "MR" LLC to optimize the process of interaction with customers by automating routine tasks such as contact management, transaction tracking and visualization of sales reports, etc. The payback rate for investments in the CRM system at the MR LLC enterprise was 227%. / ВКР (магистерская диссертация) состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка, включающего 62 наименования. Цель исследования – изучить и проанализировать влияние внедрения CRM-системы на цифровизацию бизнес-процессов малого промышленного предприятия, а также разработать рекомендации по эффективному использованию CRM-системы. Объектом исследования выступает ООО «МР». Научная новизна результатов данного исследования заключается в анализе и формулировании ключевых задач, которые должна решать CRM-система. В первую очередь, это связано с повышением эффективности работы менеджеров и увеличением доходов от продаж за счет автоматизации и цифровизации бизнес-процессов. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в разработке и анализе рекомендаций по внедрению CRM-системы на предприятии ООО «МР». Эффективность рекомендаций – предложенные автором рекомендации по внедрению CRM-системы позволит предприятию ООО «МР» оптимизировать процесс взаимодействия с клиентами путем автоматизации рутинных задач, такие как управление контактам, отслеживание сделок и визуализации отчетов по продажам и др. Показатель окупаемости инвестиций в CRM-систему на предприятии ООО «МР» составил 227%.

Объект исследования – реализация концепции «Умный город». Предмет – особенности цифровизации городской среды в рамках концепции «Умный город» и ее внедрения на территории Свердловской области. Цель – осуществление анализа особенностей цифровизации городской среды в рамках концепции «Умный город» и ее внедрения на территории Свердловской области и разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию этого процесса. Решение поставленных в работе задач осуществлялось на основе применения таких методов исследования, как анализ теоретических и нормативно-правовых документов, анализ статистических данных. Проведено социологическое исследование с использованием метода вторичного анализа данных и анализа документов. В ходе исследования были рассмотрены теоретические и нормативно-правовые вопросы цифровизации городской среды, особенности концепции «Умный город»; проведен территориальный анализ особенностей цифровизации городской среды на территории Свердловской области, выявлены основные проблемы внедрения проекта «Умный город» в городах. Результатом работы стала разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию цифровизации городской среды и внедрению элементов «Умного города» в муниципальных образованиях Свердловской области. / The object of the research is the implementation of the “Smart City” concept. In the course of the research, theoretical and regulatory issues of digitalization of the urban environment, features of the concept of "Smart City" were considered; a territorial analysis of the features of digitalization of the urban environment in the territory of the Sverdlovsk region was carried out, the main problems of the implementation of the "Smart City" project in cities were identified. The result of the work was the development of recommendations to improve the digitalization of the urban environment and the introduction of elements of the "Smart City" in the municipalities of the Sverdlovsk region.

Глобальный процесс цифровизации всех сфер человеческой жизни значительно ускорился за последние 20 лет в связи с активным развитием цифровых технологий. В последние несколько лет наметился тренд на экспансию современных технологий в образовательный процесс, которая значительно ускорилась в условиях пандемии COVID-19. Такое смещение акцентов в образовательной системе, очевидно, приводит к возникновению новых требований к образовательному процессу, образовательным учреждениям и преподавателям. В университетах нового типа – «цифровых университетах», образовательный процесс должен обеспечиваться преподавателями нового типа – «цифровыми преподавателями». Результат владения и использования цифровых средств в образовании при этом должен иметь значительное превосходство над результатом обучения без их использования. Цель работы – разработка моделей управления и проекта трансформации роли и компетенций преподавателя для повышения эффективности и качества обучения в цифровом университете. Научная новизна состоит в разработке новой модели организационной структуры образовательных организаций с учетом возможностей цифровых технологий для повышения эффективности и результатов обучения. Практическая значимость заключается в возможности применения результатов анализа путей трансформации роли преподавателя в структуре вуза и предложенной автором работы поддерживающей модели управления при структурных преобразованиях в университете. / The global process of digitalization of all spheres of human life has accelerated significantly over the past 20 years due to the active development of digital technologies. In the last few years, there has been a trend towards the expansion of modern technologies into the educational process, which has significantly accelerated in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Such a shift of emphasis in the educational system obviously leads to the emergence of new requirements for the educational process, educational institutions and teachers. In universities of a new type - "digital universities", the educational process should be provided by teachers of a new type – "digital teachers". The result of the possession and use of digital instruments in education at the same time should have a significant superiority over the result of learning without their use. The aim of the work is to develop management models and a project for transforming the role and competencies of a teacher to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching at a digital university. The scientific novelty consists in the development of a new model of the organizational structure of educational organizations, taking into account the possibilities of digital technologies to improve the efficiency and learning outcomes. The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the results of the analysis of ways to transform the role of a teacher in the university structure and the supporting management model proposed by the author of the work during structural transformations at the university.

Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке решения по модернизации процесса стимулирования повторных продаж, основанного на анализе рисков и текущих бизнес-процессов компании сферы туризма Черноморского побережья Российской Федерации. Результаты работы: разработана стратегия цифровизации для компании йога-туров, увеличивающая эффективность процесса повторной продажи тура. / The relevance of the topic of the master's thesis is due to the need of the yoga tours company in the selection and implementation of a solution to modernize the method of stimulating repeat sales. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a solution to modernize the process of stimulating repeat sales, based on an analysis of risks and current business processes of a company in the tourism sector of the Black Sea coast of the Russian Federation. Методический подход основан на оценке индикаторов состояния пяти подсистем промышленного предприятия в условиях влияния цифровых технологий, а также экспресс-оценку уровня цифровизации с помощью бинарной системы, что позволяет оценить влияние цифровых технологий на эффективность и принять решение о целесообразности ее внедрения на предприятии. / The aim of the work is to improve the methodical approach to assessing the impact of digitalization on the efficiency of an industrial enterprise. The methodical approach is based on the assessment of indicators of the state of five subsystems of an industrial enterprise under the influence of digital technologies, as well as an express assessment of the level of digitalization using a binary system, which allows you to assess the impact of digital technologies on efficiency and make a decision on the expediency of its implementation at the enterprise.

The final qualifying work is devoted to the study of the concept of smart public spaces with an emphasis on the use of smart technologies in Russian cities and abroad, with a specific example of the city of Zlatoust. The main purpose of the research is to develop an innovative approach to creating public spaces that provide a high level of comfort and safety for residents. The work includes a historical and sociological analysis of the development of public spaces, an analysis of regulatory documentation, a study of engineering and technical equipment, as well as an urban planning analysis of the city of Zlatoust. Based on the data obtained, the concept of an open public space in the city of Zlatoust using advanced smart technologies was proposed. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the systematization of domestic and foreign experience in the application of smart technologies in public spaces and the development of a unique concept for a particular city. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the proposed concept for the design and implementation of smart public spaces in other Russian cities, which contributes to improving the quality of the urban environment and the standard of living of the population. / Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию концепции умных общественных пространств с акцентом на применение смарт-технологий в городах России и за рубежом, с конкретным примером города Златоуст. Основной целью исследования является разработка инновационного подхода к созданию общественных пространств, обеспечивающих высокий уровень комфорта и безопасности для жителей. Работа включает историко-социологический анализ развития общественных пространств, анализ нормативной документации, исследование инженерно-технического оснащения, а также градостроительный анализ города Златоуст. На основе полученных данных была предложена концепция открытого общественного пространства в городе Златоуст с использованием передовых смарт-технологий. Научная новизна работы заключается в систематизации отечественного и зарубежного опыта применения смарт-технологий в общественных пространствах и разработке уникальной концепции для конкретного города. Практическая значимость исследования состоит в возможности использования предложенной концепции для проектирования и реализации умных общественных пространств в других российских городах, что способствует повышению качества городской среды и уровня жизни населения.
