Актуальность темы магистерской диссертации обусловлена потребностью компании йога-туров в подборе и внедрении решения модернизации способа стимулирования повторных продаж. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке решения по модернизации процесса стимулирования повторных продаж, основанного на анализе рисков и текущих бизнес-процессов компании сферы туризма Черноморского побережья Российской Федерации. Результаты работы: разработана стратегия цифровизации для компании йога-туров, увеличивающая эффективность процесса повторной продажи тура. / The relevance of the topic of the master's thesis is due to the need of the yoga tours company in the selection and implementation of a solution to modernize the method of stimulating repeat sales. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a solution to modernize the process of stimulating repeat sales, based on an analysis of risks and current business processes of a company in the tourism sector of the Black Sea coast of the Russian Federation. Results of the work: a digitalization strategy has been developed for the yoga tours company, which increases the efficiency of the process of re-selling the tour.

В диссертационном исследовании рассмотрены вопросы разработки концепции детско-юношеской спортивной школы по биатлону, направленной на реализацию программ дополнительного образования детей по биатлону. В результате разработана концепция, учитывающая организационно-правовую форму ДЮСШ, целевую аудиторию, анализ рынка конкурентов. Полученные в результате исследования положительные результаты позволяют рекомендовать разработанную концепцию кругу специалистов, работающих в данной отрасли. / The dissertation research deals with the development of the concept of a children's and youth sports school in biathlon, aimed at implementing programs for additional education of children in biathlon. As a result a concept has been developed, that takes into account the legal form of the children’s and youth sports schools, target audience, market analysis of competitors. The positive results obtained in the research allow us to recommend the developed concept to specialists working in this industry.

Магистерская работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы из 45 источников. Основное содержание изложено на 106 страницах, работа включает 12 таблиц, 12 рисунков и 2 приложения. Основное содержание работы. В первой главе «Сущность информационных рисков» определены основные понятия, связанные с управлением рисками, информационными технологиями, оценкой рисков. Описана классификация информационных рисков по различным критериям, рассмотрены общепринятые принятые методы анализа и управления рисками. Во второй главе «Роль информационных рисков в деятельности промышленных предприятий» проведен анализ тенденций развития информационных технологий на промышленных предприятиях, проведен анализ использования систем управления рисками на промышленных предприятиях. Так же в этой главе проведен анализ влияний информационных рисков на деятельность промышленных предприятий на примере ООО «ВИЗ-Сталь». В третьей главе определено понятие систему управления информационными рисками (СУИР) и предложено использовать ее в деятельности как основного элемента по минимизации влияния информационных рисков. Ключевым элементом для этой системы стала разработанная классификация информационных рисков. / The master's work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of literature and 45 sources. Also in this chapter, an analysis of the effects of information risks on the activities of industrial enterprises on the example of OOO VIZ-Stal. In the third chapter, the concept of an information risk management system (ISIR) is defined and it is proposed to use it in the activity as the main element in minimizing the impact of information risks. A key element for this system was the developed classification of information risks.

В исследовании предложено обоснование развитие методического обеспечения оценки экономической эффективности и анализа рисков инвестиционных проектов применительно к особенностям проектов по цифровизации бизнес-процессов промышленного предприятия. Разработан алгоритм оценки экономической эффективности инвестиционных проектов (применена теория нечетких множеств с введением формулы расчета обобщенного показателя желательности проекта). / The study proposes a justification for the development of methodological support for assessing economic efficiency and risk analysis of investment projects in relation to the specifics of projects for the digitalization of business processes of an industrial enterprise. An algorithm for evaluating the economic efficiency of investment projects has been developed (the theory of fuzzy sets has been applied with the introduction of a formula for calculating a generalized indicator of the project's desirability).

В 1-й главе рассмотрены теоретические и методические основы разработки и вывода на промышленный рынок нового продукта. Во 2-й главе проведен анализ организации ООО «Фармпласт», анализ рынка нового оборудования, анализ патентного ландшафта, были выявлены ключевые проблемы и возможности при реализации изделия. В 3-й главе представлен инвестиционный проект по разработке и реализации нового оборудования, приведен расчет себестоимости изделия, рассчитаны затраты на реализацию и экономический эффект, определены возможные риски, даны рекомендации по снижению их эффекта. / Chapter 1 discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development and introduction of a new product to the industrial market. In the 2nd chapter, the organization of Farmplast LLC was analyzed, the market analysis of new equipment, the analysis of the patent landscape were identified, key problems and opportunities for the sale of the product were identified. The 3rd chapter presents an investment project for the development and sale of new equipment, gives a calculation of the cost of the product, calculated costs for implementation and economic effect, identified possible risks, made recommendations to reduce their effect.
