В магистерской диссертации проведено исследование систем бизнес-анализа. Объект исследования: бизнес–процессы подготовки управленческой отчетности ПАО «Уральский банк реконструкции и развития». Предмет исследования: процесс анализа и построения витрины данных для отчетности посредством BI – систем в ПАО «Уральский банк реконструкции и развития». Целью работы является анализ и обработка данных банка для построения интерактивных отчетов для упрощения формирования экономической отчетности. Полученные результаты и их новизна: анализ данных и разработка интерактивных отчетов имеет конечные цели, результатом достижения которых является получение банком конкурентных преимуществ. / In the master's thesis conducted a study of business analysis systems. Object of study: business processes of preparation of management reporting of PJSC Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Subject of research: the process of analyzing and building data marts for reporting through BI systems in PJSC Ural Bank of Reconstruction and Development. The purpose of the work is to analyze and process data bank to build interactive reports to simplify the formation of economic reporting. The results obtained and their novelty: data analysis and development of interactive reports has final goals, the result of which is the bank obtaining competitive advantages.

Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что сегодня детским интернет-магазинам для сохранения своей конкурентоспособности на рынке детского ритейла, необходимо анализировать бизнес-процессы, устранять их недостатки, искать пути оптимизации и совершенствования бизнес-процессов. Целью данной выпускной квалификационной работы является автоматизация аналитической деятельности интернет-магазина Momchecked с применением методов машинного обучения. Ключевой новизной диссертации является рассмотрение инновационных методов автоматизации аналитической отчетности предприятий, позволяющие повысить скорость обработки информации и снизить издержки компании за счет высвобождения рабочего времени сотрудников. / The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that today, for children's online stores to maintain their competitiveness in the children's retail market, it is necessary to analyze business processes, eliminate their shortcomings, and look for ways to optimize and improve business processes. The aim of this final qualification work is to automate the analytical activities of the Momchecked online store using machine learning methods. The practical significance of the study lies in the practical application of the proposed method at the enterprise and obtaining economic benefits from the result of the implementation of the information system. The key novelty of the dissertation is the consideration of innovative methods for automating the analytical reporting of enterprises, which can increase the speed of information processing and reduce company costs by freeing up staff time.

Актуальность темы обусловлена потребностью футбольного клуба «Футбольный Клуб» в автоматизации процессов, протекающих в клубе, для увеличения эффективности работы персонала футбольного клуба, сокращения временных и ресурсных затрат, а также улучшения результатов выступлений команды в различных чемпионатах. Цель работы: автоматизация процессов, протекающих во время спортивной деятельности клуба, путем внедрения системы управления спортивными клубами SAP Sports One. Объектом исследования данной выпускной работы является система управления спортивными клубами SAP Sports One. Предметом исследования является бизнес-процесс прогнозной аналитики предстоящих матчей футбольного клуба. Научная значимость заключается в оценке эффективности использования методологии «Agile» для процесса внедрения системы SAP Sports One с помощью моделей системной динамики. Также в работе было проведено сравнение альтернатив для внедрения через метод анализа иерархий. Практическая значимость заключается в автоматизации процессов, протекающих во время спортивной деятельности клуба, путем внедрения системы управления спортивными клубами SAP Sports One. Также, 2 раздел данной работы может использоваться как методические указания к изучению системы SAP Sports One в различных дисциплинах. Также переход к методологии внедрения «Agile» может быть использован в будущих проектах внедрения. / The relevance of the topic is due to the need of the football club "Football Club" to automate the processes occurring in the club in order to increase the efficiency of the football club's staff, reduce time and resource costs, as well as improve the results of the team's performance in various championships. Purpose of the work: automation of processes occurring during the sports activities of the club by implementing the SAP Sports One sports club management system. The object of study of this graduate work is the SAP Sports One sports club management system. The subject of the study is the business process of predictive analytics for the upcoming matches of a football club. The scientific significance lies in evaluating the effectiveness of using the Agile methodology for the process of implementing the SAP Sports One system using system dynamics models. Also in the work was a comparison of alternatives for implementation through the method of analysis of hierarchies. The practical significance lies in automating the processes occurring during the club's sports activities through the implementation of the SAP Sports One sports club management system. Also, Section 2 of this work can be used as guidelines for studying the SAP Sports One system in various disciplines. Also, the transition to the Agile implementation methodology can be used in future implementation projects.

<p>The topic of the research in this dissertation is the application of machine<br />learning in solving problems characteristic to biosystems, with special<br />emphasis on agriculture. Firstly, an innovative regression algorithm based on<br />big data was presented, that was used for yield prediction. The predictions<br />were then used as an input for the improved portfolio optimisation algorithm,<br />so that appropriate soybean varieties could be selected for fields with<br />distinctive parameters. Напослетку је постављен оптимизациони проблем одређивања сетвене структуре са вишеструким функцијама циља који је решен иновативном методом, категоричким еволутивним алгоритмом заснованом на NSGA-III алгоритму.</p> / <p>Predmet istraživanja doktorske disertacije je primena mašinskog učenja u rešavanju problema karakterističnih za biosisteme sa naglaskom na poljoprivredu. Najpre je predstavljen inovativni algoritam za regresiju koji je primenjen na velikoj količini podataka kako bi se sa predikovali prinosi. Na osnovu predikcija odabrane su odgovarajuće sorte soje za njive sa određenim karakteristikama unapređenim algoritmom optimizacije portfolija. Naposletku je postavljen optimizacioni problem određivanja setvene strukture sa višestrukim funkcijama cilja koji je rešen inovativnom metodom, kategoričkim evolutivnim algoritmom zasnovanom na NSGA-III algoritmu.</p>

Благодаря предложенному решению больше пользователей получат возможность внедрить приложение и распространить знания с улучшенной средой онлайн обучения. Студенты смогут иметь поддержку в течение всего образовательного процесса в любое время, а их прогресс будет обеспечен анализом данных и методами машинного обучения. / The relevance of the work is grounded by the necessity of the personalized online learning, including the high-quality education providing with better automation and less efforts from moderators` side. Inability of the current systems to open these opportunities for many users leads to the exploration of new approaches. The scientific novelty is based on the embedment of the intellectual chatbot technology with Natural Language Processing features into the learning environment and the new approach of the assignments` accomplishment, which inferences the elimination of the time and attempt limits as well as complex tasks on steps segmentation. It gives the possibility for learners to reach the correct answer in more independent way, thereby increasing the engagement and motivation to perceive the difficult topics. The work contains stages: Literature analysis, Modeling, Designing, Implementation, Results and Forecast. Due to the solution more users are able to employ the application and distribute the knowledge with improved eLearning environment. The students get the opportunity to have the support during the educational process any time and their progress is maintained by the data analysis and advanced technologies.

HR-аналитика – относительно новое направление в сфере управления персоналом, но уже довольно широко обсуждается в научном контексте. Цель исследования – изучить современные подходы к управлению человеческими ресурсами организации на основе инструментов HR-аналитики и данных о людях, провести анализ возможностей и ограничений применения HR-аналитики в системе управления персоналом телекоммуникационной компании, а также разработать предложения по внедрению системы HR-аналитики в ООО «К Телеком». В ходе исследования использованы как теоретические методы (изучение литературных источников, анализ, описание, обобщение, классификация), так и эмпирические методы (интервьюирование, анкетирование, сбор данных, анализ результатов деятельности). Научная новизна исследования заключается в авторском уточнении понятия HR-аналитики и разработке инновационных решений в области внедрения системы HR-аналитики в практику управления человеческими ресурсами телекоммуникационной компании. Практическая значимость результатов магистерского исследования обусловлена разработкой управленческого механизма внедрения системы HR-аналитики в ООО «К Телеком», инструментов принятия кадровых решений на основе данных о людях. / HR analytics is a relatively new direction in the field of personnel management, but it is already widely discussed in a scientific context. The purpose of the study is to study modern approaches to managing human resources of an organization based on HR analytics tools and data about people, to analyze the possibilities and limitations of using HR analytics in the personnel management system of a telecommunications company, and to develop proposals for the implementation of an HR analytics system in K Telecom LLC. During the study, both theoretical methods (study of literary sources, analysis, description, generalization, classification) and empirical methods (interviewing, questioning, data collection, analysis of performance results) were used. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the author's clarification of the concept of HR analytics and the development of innovative solutions in the field of introducing an HR analytics system into the practice of human resource management in a telecommunications company. The practical significance of the results of the master's study is due to the development of a managerial mechanism for the implementation of the HR analytics system in K Telecom LLC, tools for making personnel decisions based on data about people.

The master's thesis examines the application of data visualization and the design of information panels, as a tool for managing the processes of enterprises and the state. In particular, the interface of the system for monitoring tuberculosis data is being designed. At the moment, data monitoring is characterized by fragmentation and inaccessibility of accurate data. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for digitalization of medicine and the development of a system for monitoring data on morbidity. The practical significance of the thesis consists in applying the results of the research to the Urals Research Institute of Phthisiopulmonology for monitoring the diseases of the population. The efficiency of the project is confirmed by calculations of such indicators as net present value, internal rate of return, simple and discounted payback period, which allows to make a conclusion about the expediency and efficiency of the implementation of the system. / В магистерской диссертации рассматриваются вопросы применения визуализации данных и проектирования информационных панелей, как инструмента для управления процессами предприятий и государства. В частности, проектируется интерфейс системы для мониторинга данных по туберкулезу. В текущий момент мониторинг данных характеризируется фрагментарностью и недоступностью точных данных. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью цифровизации медицины и разработки системы мониторинга данных по заболеваемости. Практическая значимость диссертации состоит в применении результатов исследования в Уральском научно – исследовательском институте фтизиопульмонологии для мониторинга заболеваний населения. Эффективность проекта подтверждена расчетами таких показателей, как чистая приведенная стоимость, внутренняя норма доходности, простой и дисконтированный срок окупаемости, что позволяет сделать вывод о целесообразности и эффективности внедрения системы.
