Setor onde se definem as diferenças de gênero e as relações de poder, o espaço privado do lar é o grande contribuinte para que a violência doméstica perpetrada pelo parceiro, seja reconhecida mundialmente como uma das formas mais comuns de violência contra a mulher, uma vez que, esta possui maior risco de ser agredida física e sexualmente por quem convive intimamente com ela do que por qualquer outra pessoa. A dissertação teve como objetivo, compreender a dinâmica da violência doméstica a partir do discurso da mulher agredida e de seu parceiro, autor da agressão. A metodologia adotada é descritivo-exploratória com abordagem qualitativa. Foram entrevistados trinta homens e trinta mulheres envolvidos no contexto de violência doméstica. Selecionaram-se entre outubro de 2006 a janeiro de 2007, casais cujas mulheres no momento da entrevista já haviam notificado à Delegacia de Proteção à Mulher, à Criança e ao Adolescente (Florianópolis # SC) ao menos dois boletins de ocorrência contra seus parceiros por agressão. Dentre as mulheres, 46,7% possuíam de ensino médio completo à superior; 79,9% empregadas, sendo 16,7% na informalidade. Dentre os homens, 36,7% possuíam de ensino médio completo à superior; 86,6% empregados, sendo 46,2% na informalidade. O uso de medicamentos pelas mulheres, foi justificado como forma de suportar a ansiedade, a sensação de impotência diante da violência. Os homens admitiram menor periodicidade de violência comparada aos relatos das mulheres. Os motivos das agressões que se inter-relacionaram e repercutiram para a contínua dinâmica foram: ciúme, ser contrariado; ingestão de álcool e traição. A importância do estudo esteve em revelar as características percebidas por ambos no contexto das agressões, e os fatores que repercutem para a contínua dinâmica de violência doméstica, não atribuindo somente à mulher o papel de porta-voz de um circuito de violência que se estabelece unicamente na relação do casal.
The violence in the relations between partners express a affection and power dynamic, in which are shown subordination and domination relations that can be propitiated in the measure where the internal division of papers configures in a distribution of privileges, rights and duties inside the domestic environment. A place where are defined the differences of kind and the power relations, the private space of the home is the great contributor for the domestic violence perpetrated by the partner, either recognized world-wide as one of the most common way of violence against the woman, a time that, she has a greater risk of being physical and sexually attacked for who coexists closely than for any another person. This research has as objective, to comprehends the violence dynamics from the attacked women#s and hers partners# speech, author of the aggression. The adopted methodology is descriptiveexploratory with qualitative research. Thirty involved men and thirty women in the domestic violence context had been interviewed. From January of 2007 to October of 2006, couples had been selected whose women at the moment of the interview already had notified to the Woman, Child and Adolescent#s Protection Police Station (Florianópolis - SC) at least two bulletins of occurrence against its partners for aggression. Amongst the women, 46.7% complete from average education to superior; 79.9% employees, being 16.7% in the informality. Amongst the men, 36.7% complete from average education to superior; 86.6% employees, being 46.2% in the informality. The medicine use for the women was justified as a way to support the anxiety; the impotence#s sensation faces the violence. The men had admitted less regularity of violence compared to the women#s stories. The reasons of the aggressions that are interrelated and reed-echo for the continuum dynamic are: jealousy, being contested, alcohol ingestion and cheating. The study importance was in reveal the characteristics perceived for both in the aggressions context, and the factors that re-echo for the continuum dynamic of domestic violence, not only attributing to the woman the paper spokesman#s paper of a violence circuit that establishes entirely in the couple relation.
