Previous issue date: 2010-03-18 / Sem bolsa / A observação de dados oficiais atinentes à evolução dos acidentes de trabalho, tipificados como doenças relacionadas aquele, no período compreendido entre 1988 e 2005, devidamente diagnosticadas pelo órgão oficial, evidencia o crescimento acelerado em proporções significativas das moléstias relacionadas ao
labor. Observa-se que mesmo nos períodos em que houve diminuição no número de registros totais de acidentes, ocorreu crescimento na representatividade das doenças nos eventos apurados. Complementa esses dados a circunstância de que as “Reações ao Stress Grave e os Transtornos de Adaptação” encontram-se entre os 50 registros de acidentes e doenças mais incidentes, assumindo, as doenças
psíquicas, representatividade nos dados oficiais. Os acidentes e doenças ocupacionais são eventos que provocam grande impacto social, econômico e também na saúde pública do país, produzindo seus efeitos diretamente nos trabalhadores e no meio social em que estão inseridos. Por outro lado, o mundo do
trabalho vem experimentando profundas modificações no campo da organização, administração e intensificação, norteadas por mecanismos que incidem fundamentalmente no exercício dos poderes disciplinar e de vigilância, que operam no ambiente do trabalho. A carreira de bancário, se insere neste contexto, e, tem sido objeto de atenção, especialmente porque este ramo de atividade tem ocupado
posição de destaque entre os setores da economia com maiores índices de acidentes e doenças relacionados ao trabalho. A partir de tais elementos, torna-se necessário investigar os fatores que tem contribuído para o crescente número de eventos relacionados à saúde do trabalhador bancário. Com tal propósito, a pesquisa se orienta pela busca do nexo de causalidade entre o trabalho e as doenças psíquicas, a partir do entendimento de que as alterações na forma de exercício dos poderes disciplinar e de vigilância se manifestam fundamentalmente sob a forma de intensificação dos ritmos de atividade, exigindo a utilização de todos os atributos do trabalhador de forma mais intensa. O estudo de casos de quatro instituições bancárias na cidade de Pelotas, duas públicas e duas privadas, permitiu identificar como efetivamente operam aqueles poderes no ambiente de trabalho, sob a forma de intensificação, e, consequentemente, opera-se a transformação do fenômeno social em uma questão biológica, ou seja, como o trabalho pode produzir a doença psíquica. / The observation of concerning official data to the evolution of the work accidents typified as diseases of the work in the period understood between 1988 and 2005, properly diagnosed by the official organ, it evidences the accelerated growth in significant proportions of the diseases related to the work. It is observed that even in the periods in that there was decrease in the number of total registrations of accidents of the work, it happened growth in the representativeness of the diseases of the work in the select events. It complements those data the circumstance that the "Reactions to Stress Record and the Upset of Adaptation - CID F43 - they are between the 50 registrations of accidents and diseases of the most incident work. The accidents and diseases of the work are events that provoke great impact social, economical and also in the public health of the country, producing their effects directly in the workers and in the social way in that you/they are inserted. On the other hand, the world of the work is trying deep modifications in the field of the organization, administration and intensification, orientated by mechanisms that happen fundamentally in the exercise of the you could discipline and of surveillance, that you/they operate in the atmosphere of the work. The bank work, interferes in this context, and, it has been object of attention especially because this activity branch has been occupying prominence position among the sections of the economy with larger indexes of accidents and diseases related to the work. Starting from such elements, he/she becomes necessary to investigate the factors that it has been contributing to the crescent number of events related to the bank worker's health. With such purpose, the research is guided by the search of the causality connection between the work and the disease, starting from the understanding that the alterations in the exercise form of the you could discipline and of surveillance they
show fundamentally under the form of intensification of the work rhythms, demanding the use of all of the worker's in a more intense way attributes. The study of cases of four bank institutions in the city of Pelotas, two public and two toilets, it allowed to identify as indeed they operate those powers in the work atmosphere, under the intensification form, and, consequently, the transformation of the social phenomenon is operated in a biological subject, in other words, as the work can produce the disease.
