El presente estudio titulado: EFECTIVIDAD DE LA SESIÓN EDUCATIVA ¨APRENDIENDO A PREPARAR LONCHERAS NUTRITIVAS ¨ EN EL INCREMENTO DE CONOCIMIENTOS DE LAS MADRES DE NIÑOS PREESCOLARES DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA SAN JOSÉ. EL AGUSTINO. 2009, tiene como objetivos determinar la efectividad de la sesión educativa ¨Aprendiendo a preparar loncheras nutritivas ¨en el incremento de conocimientos de las madres de niños preescolares de la institución educativa N° 127 San José e identificar el nivel de conocimientos de las madres de niños preescolares sobre la preparación de loncheras antes y después de la aplicación de la sesión educativa. El estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método cuasi experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 200 madres de niños de 3 a 5 años y la muestra fue de 59 madres. Los resultados fueron que de 59 madres (100%); antes de la aplicación de la sesión educativa, 55 madres (93.22%) presentaron un nivel de conocimientos bajo, 3 madres (5.08%) un nivel medio y 1 madre (1.70%) un nivel alto. Después de aplicada la sesión educativa, el porcentaje de madres con un nivel bajo decrece significativamente a 0% y asimismo el porcentaje de las madres con un nivel alto crece significativamente a 96%. Por lo que se concluye que se acepta la hipótesis de estudio: Es efectiva la sesión educativa ¨Aprendiendo a preparar loncheras nutritivas¨ en el incremento de los conocimientos de las madres de niños preescolares sobre la preparación de loncheras nutritivas. / This study entitled: EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION MEETING ¨LEARNING TO PREPARE LONCHERA NUTRITIONAL¨ KNOWLEDGE IN THE INCREASE OF MOTHERS OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN OF THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION SAN JOSE.
