En litteraturstudie om sjuksköterskestudenters upplevelser av omvårdnadshandledning i grupp. Examensarbete i omvårdnad 15 poäng, Malmö högskola: Hälsa och Samhälle, utbildningsområde omvårdnad, 2011.Omvårdnadshandledning i grupp är och har varit en obligatorisk del av sjuksköterskeutbildningen vid Malmö Högskola sedan 1993, Hälsa och Samhälle. Trots detta obligatorium vid högskolan så är omvårdnadshandledningen i grupp till synes svårfunnen ute i den kliniska verkligheten. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att undersöka sjuksköterskestuderandes upplevelser av omvårdnadshandledning i grupp. Denna litteraturstudie har inspirerats av ett systematiskt tillvägagångsätt och sex utav Goodmans sju steg, som översatts av Willman et al (2006), har använts. Resultatet bygger på sju vetenskapliga artiklar av kvalitativ och kvantitativ art. Artiklarna hittades i databaserna PubMed, CINAHL och PsycINFO. Resultatet över sjuksköterskestuderandes upplevelser kring att ha omvårdnadshandledning i grupp var signifikant positiv. Dock återfanns ett mindre antal negativa upplevelser ibland studenterna som uttrycktes i form av att känna sig utelämnad, att inte passa in i gruppen och att ha en dålig handledare. De negativa upplevelserna bland studenterna gick att härleda till att dem kände rädsla av att delta i omvårdnadshandledning. Slutsatsen i denna litteraturstudie är att det behövs göras ett förtydligande av vilka positiva effekter implementering av omvårdnadshandledning i grupp för med sig och att målet med handledningen är att hjälpa studenten att bygga en bro mellan teori och praktik.Nyckelord: Omvårdnadshandledning i grupp, sjuksköterskestuderande, litteraturstudie, upplevelser, stöd, utveckling, negativa upplevelser. / Johansson, E. Despite this obligatory rule at the university, clinical nursing supervision in group is hard to find out in the clinical practice. The aim of this literature review is then to highlight the nursing student’s experiences of having clinical nursing supervision in a group. This literature review has been inspired by a systematic approach and six out of Goodman's seven steps, translated by Willman et al (2006), has been used. The result is based upon 7 scientific articles of both qualitative and quantitative character. The articles were found in the databases PubMed, CINAHL and PsycINFO. The result of the nursing students’ experiences of clinical group supervision was significantly positive. However, there was discovered a minor part of negative experiences among the students expressed in words of feeling left out, not fitting in to the group and having a bad nurse supervisor. The negative experiences among the students derive from fear of participating in clinical nursing supervision in group. The conclusion of this literature review is that there needs to be done a clarification of what positive effects implementation of clinical nursing supervision in group brings and that the aim of clinical nursing supervision is to help the student to build a bridge between theory and practice.
