The thesis is focused on Project Management issues, specifically on Project lifecycle in the Československá obchodní banka a.s. After a brief introduction of the company, it describes the organizational structure and the existing Project lifecycle, which is applied in the company. This state is analyzed and at the end of each phase there are drawn identified weak points. Based on an analysis and using theoretical knowledge
of international standards and methodologies of Project Management is designed an own draft proposal of the Project lifecycle project, including input and output documents, RACI matrix and process model for each stage. After evaluation of the own solution by project managers there is created a set of proposals and other recommendations.
