El actual análisis posee a modo de objetivo optimizar la eficacia de las líneas de fabricación de una
fábrica de producción de papel fotocopia. Se describe el desarrollo teórico, el desarrollo descriptivo de
la empresa, el estudio y determinación de la situación existente, la aplicación de la metodología
mediante una propuesta de mejoramiento para alcanzar excelentes “indicadores de eficiencia”, y el
análisis económico de la propuesta. La medición de la productividad de los procedimientos de la
fabricación de papel fotocopia es mediante el indicador OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness, en
castellano “Eficiencia General de los Equipos”) que comprende la estimación de calidad, rendimiento
y disponibilidad de líneas de papel fotocopia. Para disminuir el impacto de las paradas que ocasionan
disminución en el OEE, y aumento de tiempo de No valor agregado, se utilizan las herramientas 5 S
SMED y complementa con Balance de Línea. El uso de estos métodos consigue una disminución del
30% y 28% en cada uno de las estaciones a los que se dirige. Esto se manifiesta en un ahorro de
cantidad de horas trabajadas, mayor disponibilidad de producción, menor tiempo de respuesta los
cambios y cumplir entregas, mayor cantidad de ventas, y alta rentabilidad. Se analizaron los
indicadores VAN y TIR, se obtuvo en el primero S/752,066.82 y del segundo 51.3 %. La tasa de
retorno anual que esperan los accionistas es de 15% y se toma 1.25% mensual como efectos del
cálculo. Lo cual, al obtener un VAN positivo y un TIR mayor al esperado por los accionistas, según
los valores obtenidos, se indica que presenta “viabilidad económica” y poder implementar la
iniciativa. / The objective of this analysis is to optimize the efficiency of the manufacturing lines of a photocopy
paper production plant. The theoretical development, the description of the company, the analysis and
diagnosis of the current situation, the application of the methodology through improvement proposals
to achieve better efficiency indicators, and the economic analysis of the proposal are described. The
efficiency of photocopy paper production processes is measured by means of the OEE (Overall
Equipment Effectiveness) indicator, which involves the evaluation of aspects of quality, performance
and availability of photocopy paper lines.
To reduce the impact of the stops that cause a decrease in the OEE, and an increase in the time of No
added value, the 5 S, SMED tools are used and complemented with Line Balance. Each of these tools
achieves a reduction of 30% and 28% in each of the times to which it is directed. This is reflected in a
saving of man-hours, a greater productive capacity, a better response time and delivery fulfillment, a
greater number of sales, and high profitability. The NPV and IRR indicators were analyzed,
S/752,066.82 was obtained in the first and 51.3% in the second. The annual rate of return expected by
shareholders is 15% and 1.25% per month is taken as calculation purposes. Which, by obtaining a
positive NPV and an IRR higher than expected by the shareholders, according to the values obtained,
indicates that it presents "economic viability" and to be able to implement the initiative.
