School non-attendance is one of most actual problem of today society. Children dropped out from educational system often brake law, makes another social problems. The aim of this paper – evaluate peculiarity of non-attendance school children personality and behaviour. In this case author analyzes non-attendance degree in Lithuania and worldwide. Also looks at reasons and possibilities to reduce school non-attendance. Second part of this paper represents results of research. Result shows that essential non-attendance reasons are: disinclination or incapacity in learning, negative attitude of educators, overcharge in learning etc. At the end of this paper author gives conclusion and some recommendation. Author recommends pursuing more strong non-attendance accounting, eliminate non-attendance reasons, rise school children motivation, self–value, if possible and financially.
