Todos hemos intentado bajar de peso alguna vez en la vida y a pesar de mucho esfuerzo y sacrificio alimenticio que hagamos, finalmente solemos fracasar siempre. Es por ello, que hemos creado una bebida saludable preparada en base de yacón y piña; la cual permitirá a sus consumidores bajar de peso de una manera natural, rápida, consistentemente y el efecto rebote de otras dietas.
A través de este estudio validamos nuestra hipótesis del problema o necesidad identificado, que es la falta de accesibilidad a productos saludables. Para la legitimar el problema de la indagación se realizaron 20 entrevistas de profundidad y para demostrar el interés y aceptación de la propuesta de negocio planteada para el segmento escogido.
A continuación, desarrollamos nuestras estrategias de precios, marketing y operaciones, para llevar nuestra propuesta al mercado. Finalmente, se realiza el análisis económico financiero con la finalidad de evaluar la rentabilidad del negocio. / We all have tried to lose weight once in our lives and despite all the effort and eating sacrifices we do, finally we always fail. For that reason, we have created a healthy drink made with yacón and pineapple; which will allow customers to lose weight in a natural, fast and consistent way and the rebound effect of other diets.
Through this study we validated our problem hypothesis or identified necessity, that is the lack of accessibility to healthy products. In order to legitimate the investigation problem, 20 in-depth interviews were made to show the interest and acceptance of our business proposal for the chosen segment.
Following, we will develop our price, marketing and operations strategies in order to carry out our market proposal. Finally, we will make the economical-financial analysis in order to evaluate the profitability of the business. / Trabajo de investigación
