El presente trabajo de investigación se basa en la creación de una guardería para el cuidado del adulto mayor, lo cual consiste en la atención por horas; debido a la carencia de tiempo que poseen los familiares a su cargo. Las estadísticas claramente nos muestran un crecimiento en la población del adulto mayor con un 10.4%.
La investigación se realizó a base de la metodología de estudio cualitativa; obteniéndose de dichas entrevistas que se recabaron en el distrito de San Miguel y sus alrededores, identificándose una problemática donde el 80% refleja que los familiares a cargo del adulto mayor estigmatizan el hecho de dejarlos en lugares permanentes como asilos o casas hogares; es por ello, que surge la gran necesidad de diseñar este proyecto, donde se brindará un servicio de alta calidad, seguridad y confianza, tanto para el cliente como para el usuario, por un tiempo determinado que considere el cliente. Asimismo, su estancia será acogedora durante el tiempo de su permanencia, donde se ofrecerán diferentes actividades y entretenimientos para lograr que el usuario se sienta como en casa, y con ello su fidelización.
En el proyecto se estima una inversión de S/ 151,426.89 donde el 80% corresponde a los accionistas y el 20% será financiado con el Banco de Crédito del Perú con una tasa del 30% por ser una pequeña empresa, dicha inversión se recuperará en el primer año de ejecución.
Cabe señalar, que los accionistas reinvertirán la utilidad obtenida en los primeros cinco años. / The present research work is based on the creation of a day care center for elderly care, which consists of hourly care; due to the lack of time that family members have to their charge. The statistics clearly show a growth in the population of the elderly with 10.4%.
The research was carried out based on the qualitative study methodology; obtaining from these interviews that were collected in the district of San Miguel and its surroundings, identifying a problem where 80% reflects that the relatives in charge of the older adult stigmatize the fact of leaving them in permanent places such as asylums or homes; that is why, there is a great need to design this project, which will provide a high quality service, security and trust, both for the client and for the user, for a determined time that the client considers. Also, your stay will be cozy during the time of your stay, where different activities and entertainment will be offered to make the user feel at home, and with it their loyalty.
