Actualmente el Limón sutil de la región Piura es reconocido a nivel mundial por su sabor acido superior a otro tipo de limones, beneficios nutricionales, calidad, producción durante todo el año, por ello se ha encontrado una oportunidad de negocio en la exportación del limón sutil a EE.UU. de acuerdo a la creciente demanda del producto en este país, al ser el mayor importador de Limón a nivel mundial.
Existen factores exógenos favorables que impulsan la exportación del limón a EE.UU. como el TLC, estabilidad política y económica. Perú tiene pronósticos de crecimiento para el sector exportador aunque exista desaceleración económica, la economía seguirá creciendo.
Se plantea la creación de “Citrus Fresh SRL” exportadora de limón Sutil a EE.UU; la cual está conformada por 3 socios capitalistas con 33.33% de participación por cada socio, teniendo un contrato cerrado con nuestro principal cliente “American Fruit & Produce”, la cual tiene representación en Florida, con quien se ha negociado él envió de 25 TN mensuales.
La evaluación financiera estima una inversión inicial de S/ 380,212 de los cuales 91% es capital propio y 9% capital financiado, las condiciones del escenario positivo es crecimiento del 8% en las ventas y un WACC de 20.9%, cuyos resultados son VAN 628,453 soles con una TIR de 68.4% y un periodo de retorno de 3 años.
Finalmente podemos concluir que el presente plan de negocio es rentable financieramente y viable por la existencia de demanda. / Currently the sutirl lemon of Piura has a world level recognized for its acid flavor superior to other types of lemons, nutritional benefits, quality, production throughout the year, so it has found a business opportunity in the export of lemon. a USA according to the growing demand of the product in this country, being the largest importer of lemon aroud the world.
There are favorable exogenous factors that drive the export of lemon to the USA. like the FTA, the political and economic of the war. Peru has growth growth for the export sector although there is economic slowdown, the economy continues to grow.
The creation of "Citrus Fresh SRL" exporting lemon Sutil to the US is proposed; which is made up of 3 capitalist partners with a 33.33% participation by each partner, having a closed contract with our main client "American Fruit & Produce", which is represented in Florida, with whom it has a negotiated contract of 25 TN per month .
The financial evaluation estimates an initial investment of S / 380,212 of which 91% is own capital and 9% capital financed, the conditions of the scenario are growth of 8% in sales and a WACC of 20.9%, whose results are VAN 628,453 plants with a TIR of 68.4% and a return period of 3 years.
