En el presente trabajo se analizarán los Informes de Supervisión elaborados
por las ODES de Tumbes, Arequipa, Huancavelica y Loreto, teniendo como
objetivo general, verificar el desempeño de las funciones de fiscalización
ambiental al Gobierno Regional de Tumbes, Arequipa, Huancavelica y Loreto,
desarrolladas a través de la Dirección Regional de Producción, Dirección
Regional de Energía y Minas , Dirección Regional de Salud , Dirección
Regional de Comercio Exterior y Turismo.
Y ello se logrará cumpliendo el objetivo específico que es verificar la ejecución
del Plan Anual de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental (en adelante, Planefa)
del año 2021 y 2022 de los Gobiernos Regionales de Tumbes, Arequipa, Loreto
y Huancavelica. Para de esta manera determinar cuales son los avances y
desafíos a nivel de los Gobiernos Regionales. / This paper will analyze the Supervision Reports prepared by the ODES of
Arequipa, Huancavelica, Loreto and Tumbes, with the general objective of
verifying the performance of the environmental control functions of the Regional
Government of Tumbes, Arequipa, Loreto and Huancavelica, developed
through the Regional Directorate of Production, Regional Directorate of Energy
and Mines, Regional Directorate of Health, Regional Directorate of Foreign
Trade and Tourism.
This will be achieved by fulfilling the specific objective of verifying the execution
of the Annual Plan for Environmental Evaluation and Auditing (hereinafter,
Planefa) for the years 2022 and 2021 of the Regional Governments of Tumbes,
Arequipa, Loreto and Huancavelica. In order to determine the progress and
challenges at the Regional Government level.
