Previous issue date: 2016 / This dissertation analyzes some works of artistic creation Leticia Parente addressing the striking use of everyday themes in his works. Thus, we investigated how the artist professionally exercised teaching in chemistry approached the art of living more attentive way to the presence vest in their artistic creations. From this analysis, we observed different uses Leticia makes the body as a place of experimentation in line with the production of other artists in order to understand how the route Leticia Parente in the art approaches the assumptions that are attributed to contemporary art, especially the performance. / A presente dissertação analisa alguns trabalhos da criação artística de Letícia Parente abordando o marcante uso dos temas do cotidiano em suas obras. Assim, investigamos de que maneira a artista que profissionalmente exercia o magistério em Química aproximava a arte da vida em suas criações artísticas. A partir dessa análise, observamos diferentes usos que Letícia faz do corpo como lugar de experimentação em consonância com a produção de outros artistas de maneira a compreendemos como o percurso de Letícia Parente na arte se aproxima dos pressupostos que se atribuem à arte contemporânea, em especial à performance.
