O presente trabalho, desenvolvido no mestrado de Ciências da Religião, vinculado à linha de pesquisa Campo Religioso Brasileiro, Cultura e Sociedade, tem como objetivo investigar a relação entre Espiritualidade e Educação na pós-modernidade a partir do pensamento complexo de Edgar Morin. Na pós-modernidade, observa-se que a vida passou para um âmbito cada vez mais inumano. Com a globalização e a quebra de fronteiras fatídicas na era da informação, a sociedade planetária convive com a perda contínua de uma consciência
humanística, tendo em vista as poucas práticas que envolvem o contato físico entre as pessoas, a rotina ditada pelos sistemas de informações, pelos aplicativos e redes sociais. A educação pode ser uma alternativa para responder as demandas da atualidade, porém é preciso rever suas práticas e o papel de seus profissionais numa reflexão sobre o paradigma científico e educacional vigente. A espiritualidade tende a dar algumas vias de ressignificação dessas
conjunturas. A questão é como a espiritualidade pode contribuir na vida profissional dos professores de forma a fortalecer seu sentido ético frente à coisificação do ser humano. Assim, a pesquisa se ateve a uma investigação ora bibliográfica, ora de viés analítico fenomenológico, tendo como base as vivências e indagações do próprio pesquisador enquanto sujeito inserido no sistema de ensino. Para nortear a questão, é usada a teoria da complexidade de Edgar Morin na busca de uma espiritualidade isenta de dogmas religiosos e centrada na integralidade do homem, na reabilitação do humano. Algumas reflexões são feitas na perspectiva de salvaguardar a subjetividade como forma de lidar com o peso da realidade,
verificando a necessidade da busca de sentido numa sociedade tão fragmentada, onde se identifica que o que se vive atualmente não sustenta mais um projeto de vida consistente e alicerçado. Assim, verifica-se que o aprofundamento da reflexão sobre o humano é
fundamental, pois nossas compreensões partem dele, passam por ele e voltam para ele. / The present work, developed in the Master of Science of Religion, linked to the line of research of the Brazilian Religious Field, Culture and Society, aims to investigate the relationship between Spirituality and Education in postmodernity based on the complex thinking of Edgar Morin. In postmodernity, it is observed that life has taken on an ever more inhuman scope. With globalization and the breaking of fateful frontiers in the information
age, planetary society coexists with the continuing loss of a humanistic consciousness, given the few practices that involve physical contact between people, the routine dictated by information systems, Applications and social networks. Education can be an alternative to respond to current demands, but it is necessary to review its practices and the role of its professionals in a reflection on the current scientific and educational paradigm. Spirituality tends to give some ways of re-signifying these conjunctures. The question is how spirituality can contribute in the professional life of teachers in order to strengthen their ethical sense in
the face of the human being. Thus, the research was based on a bibliographic research, or a phenomenological analytical bias, based on the experiences and inquiries of the researcher himself as a subject inserted in the education system. To guide the question, Edgar Morin's
theory of complexity is used in the search for a spirituality free from religious dogmas and centered on the integrality of man, on the rehabilitation of the human. Some reflections are made on the perspective of safeguarding subjectivity as a way of dealing with the weight of reality, verifying the need for the search for meaning in a society so fragmented, where it is
identified that what is currently lived does not support a project of consistent life and grounded. Thus, it is found that the deepening of the reflection on the human is fundamental, because our understandings depart from it, pass through it and return to it.
