Grado académico de Magister en Hábitat Residencial, Escuela de Postgrado / El presente estudio, realiza una reflexión y análisis crítico del diseño de los
programas habitacionales y de desarrollo urbano barrial vigentes a la fecha, del
“Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo” (MINVU) de Chile.
Mediante el problema de investigación, se plantea que en dichos programas, no
existiría una matriz conceptual única para la intervención en el ámbito sociocultural.
Esto, estaría impactando en la calidad y efectividad de la política urbano habitacional.
Para abordar dicho problema, la “Actividad Formativa Equivalente” (AFE), se plantea la
revisión del enfoque de hábitat residencial y el uso de algunas dimensiones del
concepto de cohesión social, para construir una propuesta que aborde de manera
integral el mencionado ámbito. / This study makes a critical reflection and analysis of program design and
urban development housing neighborhood in Force, the "Ministry of Housing and
Urbanism" (MINVU) of Chile.
Through the research problem, which arises in these programs, there would be no
single conceptual matrix for intervention in the cultural field. This would impact on the
quality and effectiveness of urban housing policy.
To address this problem, the "Equivalent training activity" (AFE), there is the review of
residential habitat approach and the use of some aspects of the concept of social
cohesion, to build a proposal addressing comprehensively the mentioned area.
