recognized. In this context, mental health has been receiving differentiated attention in
recent decades. In the midst of precarious, employee devaluation, technological
innovations and the imminent unemployment, there are negative impacts on the worker's
health and, consequently, a higher rate of removals from psychic diseases. In view of the
above, this research aims to understand how the assistance to the mental health of the
worker in the SUS in the municipality of Sobral/CE and whether there is establishment
of the causal link between health/disease and work. Two studies have been carried out. A
systematic review of literature was initially carried out, with the objective of analyzing
the scientific production on the relationship of causal nexus between the psychological
suffering of the worker and his work environment. Then an exploratory research, of
qualitative nature, was carried out with 12 participants-users and professionals of the
SUS, who responded to a script of the interstructured interview. The information of the
professionals was submitted to the analysis of textual data, with support of the software
IRAMUTEQ (Interface of R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles of textes et de
Questionnaires), and the information of the users were submitted to the analysis of
Bardin's content. The results indicate failures in the actions proposed by the center of
reference in the health of the Worker (Cerest), disarticulation of services in the network,
difficulty of investigation of the causal nexus and consequent subnotification of the cases.
Problems that impact on the attendance of users, since it is marked by not establishing the
causal link and consequently unnecessary referrals to the wrong places. It is concluded
that it is necessary that the national network of Integral attention to the health of the
worker (Reindeert) is always building articulations with the other health services and with
other sectors of the society so that it can build more Integral attention in health.

health of the worker. Center of reference in worker health. Health policies. / O trabalho tem um papel fundamental para o ser humano se manter socialmente produtivo
e reconhecido. Neste contexto, a saúde mental tem recebido uma atenção diferenciada nas
últimas décadas. Em meio à precarização, desvalorização do trabalhador, inovações
tecnológicas e iminência do desemprego, ocorrem impactos negativos na saúde do
trabalhador e, consequentemente, um maior índice de afastamentos por doenças
psíquicas. Diante do exposto, a presente pesquisa objetiva compreender como funciona a
assistência à saúde mental do trabalhador no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) no município
de Sobral/CE e se há estabelecimento do nexo causal entre saúde/doença e trabalho. Para
tanto, foram realizados dois estudos. Inicialmente foi realizada uma revisão sistemática
de literatura, com objetivo de analisar a produção científica sobre a relação de nexo causal
existente entre o sofrimento psíquico do trabalhador e seu ambiente de trabalho. Em
seguida foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa, que contou
com 12 participantes - usuários e profissionais do SUS, que responderam um roteiro de
entrevista semiestruturado. As informações dos profissionais foram submetidas à análise
de dados textuais, com apoio do software IRAMUTEQ (Interface de R pour les Analyses
Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires), e as informações dos usuários
foram submetidas à análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Os resultados apontam falhas nas
ações propostas pelo Centro de Referência em Saúde do Trabalhador (CEREST),
desarticulação dos serviços na rede, dificuldade de investigação do nexo causal e
consequente subnotificação dos casos. Problemas que impactam no atendimento aos
usuários, visto que este é marcado por não estabelecimento do nexo causal e,
consequentemente, encaminhamentos desnecessários, para locais errados. Conclui-se que
é necessário que a Rede Nacional de Atenção Integral a saúde do Trabalhador (RENAST)
esteja sempre construindo articulações com os demais serviços de saúde e com outros
setores da sociedade para que possa construir uma atenção mais integral em saúde.
