Considering that are regarded as forming, as it is not yet adult but not a child anymore. Many speeches have concerned their training and education. In spite of various discourses (medical, psychological, historical, social and cultural rights, among others) many still commit acts considered violent and end up, deprived of liberty, being compulsorily enrolled in a school with socialization, and educational measures, after a sentence by court of law. It is therefore important to research the conceptions of this process, since the regular formal school education is considered an important step in the life of every individual. This study is based in authorities who have studied the situation of young offenders and the processes of socialization within institutions. Such as Goffman (2007) which addresses the issue of stigma, Dubar (2005) and Berger and Luckmann (1985) on the (re) construction of personal and professional identities, Becker (2008) and Velho (1981) on the issue of deviation. This study aimed to analyze the concept of teachers who have taught students who have been admitted to the CASA Foundation and the conception of mothers of these teenagers who were interned in the Fundação CASA, in São Paulo, about the process of rehabilitation of these adolescents. Based on the testimony of three former Fundação CASA professors and three mothers of adolescents who were interned in Fundação CASA, the data were analyzed in order to answer the question that guided this research: to determine whether the school and the internation contributed to the rehabilitation of these adolescents. The analysis and reflection on these data showed that on the one hand, teachers varied in the statement that their own classes and Fundação CASA have contributed somehow to the process of resocialization of their students. On the other hand, mothers were unanimous in their assertion that they believe in the real possibility of rehabilitation of their adolescents who were admitted to an Fundação CASA. / Muitos são os fatores que levam um adolescente a cometer um ato de transgressão na sociedade atual. Considerando-se que é considerado um ser em formação, pois não é ainda adulto, mas não é mais criança, têm um lugar privilegiado nos vários discursos acerca da sua formação e educação. Apesar dos vários discursos (médicos, psicológicos, históricos, sociais e culturais, dentre outros) muitos, ainda, cometem atos considerados de violência e acabam cumprindo medidas socioeducativas, em privação de liberdade, sendo matriculados compulsoriamente em uma escola vinculadora, após a sentença de um juiz de direito. É, portanto, relevante pesquisar as concepções acerca desse processo, uma vez que a educação na escola regular formal é considerada uma etapa importante na vida de todos os indivíduos. Este estudo fundamenta se em autoridades que vem estudando a situação de adolescentes transgressores e os processos de ressocialização dentro de instituições, dentre os quais Goffman (2007) que aborda a questão do estigma, Dubar (2005) e Berger e Luckmann (1985) a (re)construção das identidades pessoais e profissionais, Becker (2008) e Velho (1981) na questão do desvio. Esta pesquisa buscou analisar a concepção de professores que lecionaram para alunos que estiveram internados na Fundação CASA e a concepção de mães desses adolescentes, que estiveram nessa instituição, na cidade de São Paulo, a respeito do processo de ressocialização desses adolescentes. Partindo de depoimentos, de três ex-professores da Fundação Casa e de três mães de ex internos nessa Fundação, os dados foram analisados no sentido de responder à pergunta que direcionou esta investigação: verificar se a escola e a internação contribuíram para a ressocialização desses adolescentes. A análise e reflexão sobre esses dados mostrou que de um lado, os professores oscilaram na afirmação de que suas aulas e a própria Fundação CASA tenham contribuído de alguma forma no processo de ressocialização de seus alunos. De outro lado, as mães foram unânimes na afirmação de que acreditam na real possibilidade de ressocialização de seus adolescentes, que estiveram internados em uma unidade da Fundação CASA.
