El proyecto se enfoca en ser un lugar que promueva la inclusión social de las personas con discapacidad en Lima Noreste. Para ello, la arquitectura se desarrolla con el fin de ser un espacio rehabilitador tanto para las personas que adquirieron la discapacidad, como para la comunidad en la que se busca se reinserten. Se realizó una investigación y análisis sobre la arquitectura y la rehabilitación, profundizando las teorías aplicadas del diseño para el cuidado de la salud, del diseño accesible y de los programas de rehabilitación integral. De esta manera los paquetes funcionales se organizan de acuerdo a las necesidades espaciales de cada fase que atraviesa el paciente, desarrollando el proyecto desde dentro hacia fuera, generando una secuencia de espacios con funciones que los acompañan desde lo más privado hasta lo más público, y que van de la mano con el paciente en las etapas de la rehabilitación. Para poder determinar el mejor emplazamiento del proyecto se analizaron diferentes criterios a nivel macro (distrito) y micro (terreno) definiendo como mejor ubicación el terreno ubicado en Ca. Agua Marina en SJL. Por ser la comunidad un factor importante, el proyecto buscar tener una correcta relación con su entorno, solucionando problemas del lugar, manteniendo ejes y morfología urbana, respetando los materiales del entorno y su composición, mimetizandose con el contexto y generando espacios públicos accesibles que, además de poder ser disfrutados por los vecinos, promuevan en ellos la inclusión de este sector de la población y rompan el pensamiento de que discapacidad es incapacidad. El proyecto pretende reducir todas las barreras (físicas, psicológicas, urbanas, arquitectónicas y sociales) que se levantan ante una persona que adquiere una discapacidad, mediante la configuración formal de sus espacios, programación de sus paquetes funcionales, su emplazamiento y su relación con el contexto y comunidad. / The Project focuses on being a place that promotes the social inclusión of people with disabilities in Northeast Lima. In order to do this, the architecture is developed to be a rehabilitation space, both for people who acquired the disability and for the community in wich they seek to reinsert themselves. A research and analysis on architecture and rehabilitation was carried out, deepening in the applied theories of healthcare design, accesible design, and integral rehabilitation programs. In this way, the functional packages are organized according to the spatial needs of each phase that the patient goes through, developing the project from the inside out, generating a sequence of spaces with functions that go from the most private to the most public, and that go hand in hand with the patient in the stages of rehabilitation. In order to determine the best placing for the project, different principles were analyzed at the macro (district) and micro (terrain) levels, defining as best place the land located at Agua Marina St. in SJL. Due to the importance of the community, the project seeks to have a correct relationship with its context, solving problems of the place, maintaining axes and urban morphology, respecting the surrounding materials and their composition, mimicking the context and generating accessible public spaces that, besides being able to be enjoyed by the neighbors, promote in them the inclusion of this sector of the population and break the thought that disability is incapacity.
