In der folgenden Ausarbeitung wird eine erweiterte Version des Schallstrahlenmodells SMART (Sound propagation model of the atmosphere using ray tracing) vorgestellt, mit dem der gekoppelte Einfluss der Meteorologie und des Bodens auf die Schallausbreitung dargestellt werden kann. Dieses Modell basiert auf der Berechnung des Weges, den der Schall in einer geschichteten Atmosphäre zurücklegt. Sensitivitätsstudien mit verschiedenen Modellparametern und unterschiedlichen Vertikalprofilen der Temperatur zeigen den Vergleich des modellierten Schallweges mit einer analytischen Lösung. Diese Untersuchungen stellen eine notwendige Grundlage für die Erweiterung des Schallstrahlmodells um den Effekt einer Schallschutzwand dar. Mit dem Einbringen einer solchen Schallschutzwand in das Modell soll die Anwendung im urbanen Raum möglich werden. In einem ersten Schritt wurde das Einfügungsdämpfungsmaß nach VDIRichtlinie 2720 in die Dämpfungsberechung mit SMART einbezogen, um eine Schallschutzwand zu simulieren. / The sound ray model SMART (Sound propagation model of the atmosphere using raytracing) is presented. With this model it is possible to combine the effect of meteorology and ground in outdoor sound propagation. This model is based on the calculation of sound ray paths in a stratified atmosphere. The calculated ray path was compared with the analytic solution of the 2-dimensional sound path integral in a non-moving atmorsphere. This analysis was done with two different thicknesses of the atmosperic layering and various vertical temperature and wind profiles. This is an essential basis for the extension of the sound ray model about a noise barrier. With the insertion of a noise barrier in the model the use in urban regions should be possible. A first study is the parametrisation of the influence of a noise barrier with VDI 2720.
