condições de trabalho no Centro de Material Esterilizado (CME) do HC
UFPR. A trajetória metodológica seguiu os passos da AET, conforme preconizam Santos e Fialho (1997). Durante a análise da demanda houve a oportunidade de melhor conhecer o campo de pesquisa e seus trabalhadores, bem como levantar muitos dados importantes. Ao realizar as análises das tarefas e das atividades, dados fundamentais para o entendimento de como acontece o trabalho na realidade do dia
a dia do CME foram levantados. Recursos como a antropometria e os check list de Couto (2000) foram utilizados para enriquecer ainda mais a AET. A contribuição da ergonomia se revela sobremaneira importante para o CME do HC # UFPR, pois durante a aplicação da AET foram detectados diversos fatores de risco à saúde física e mental, devido às condições ergonômicas encontradas, merecendo destaque as áreas de esterilização, expurgo e de estocagem de materiais, com elevado risco de lombalgias, tenossinovite e Lesões por Traumas Cumulativos. Além do diagnóstico, onde há oportunidade de se conhecer os problemas existentes, foi
elaborado um caderno de recomendações ergonômicas. As ecomendações
contidas neste caderno traduzem na maior contribuição deste estudo, tanto aos funcionários, como ao CME, quanto ao HC # UFPR, pois muitas recomendações são simples, fáceis de serem seguidas, viabilizadas ou atendidas. Outra contribuição desta pesquisa está na descrição do trabalho como ele acontece, dentro da realidade de recursos materiais e humanos, ambiente físico e organizacional, pois estas informações podem ser utilizadas para a elaboração da prescrição formal das tarefas de cada posto de trabalho.
The present research had for main objective to contribute for the provement of the work conditions in the Central Sterile Supply (CME) of HC - UFPR, being used the Ergonomic Analysis of Work (AET). Other objectives also intended were to demonstrate the applicability of the AET, to get a general panorama of the ergonomic conditions of work of the CME, to identify the factors of risk to the physical and mental health of the employees of the CME and to establish ergonomic recommendations for the CME - HC - UFPR. The methodology followed the steps of the AET, as praises Santos e Fialho (1997). During the analysis of the demand it had the chance of better knowing the field of research and its workers, as well as raising many important data. When carrying through the analyses of the tasks and the
activities, given basic for the agreement of as the work in the day to day reality of the CME happens had been raised. Beyond the diagnosis, where it has chance of if knowing the problems existing, a notebook of ergonomic recommendations was elaborated. The recommendations contained in this notebook translate the biggest contribution of this research, as much to the employees, as to the CME, how much to HC - UFPR, therefore many recommendations are simple, easy to be followed, made possible or
taken care of. Another contribution of this research is in the description of the work as it happens, inside of the reality of material and human resources, surrounding physicist and organizational, therefore these information can be used for the elaboration of the formal lapsing of the tasks of each rank of work.
